Could not get into truck due to driver side door handle being broken. Had to climb in through passenger side every time. Then I noticed the gas gauge says 0 miles to E. Took it straight to gas station and put nearly 24 gallons in since the truck was empty. Then realized the gas gauge is also broken on top of that. The check engine light was also on. The rear of the truck was full of cigarette butts and some trash. Then when returning the truck, the app would not work and even though the office said open till 5pm no one was there. Ended up having to call the 800 number for U-Haul to get it done. I did not refill fuel tank before dropping it off since I had to fill it up upon picking it up. Worst experience I’ve had with any U-Haul location. Overall, the truck did what I needed it to, but would not recommend this place to anyone.
Jeffery HMoving Help was terrible, they refused to take my stuff upstairs because its heavy.... lol
Loai AIt was a small storage company. They hadn't cleaned out or touched the truck.
