Scheduled for counter pickup, arrived and couldn’t find anyone working, then was told I had to call customer service for a code to get into the truck. Called and sat on hold for a half hour until I finally talked to someone. When I finally got into the truck, there was no dolly in it like I had requested. The truck was filthy and covered in snow I had to dig the truck out myself to be able to use it. Unacceptable experience right from the start I will not be returning.

This place should not be affiliated with uhaul. Inwas supposed to pick up a truck from the office. When i got there no one was there and the auto repair tech called and couldnt get ahold of the owner. I called customer service and they also could not get in touch with the owner. It took me an hour and a half to get the truck

The drop off process was difficult. We called the number on the invoice when we arrived and no one answered. There were workers on the property, but were not able to communicate or assist with the truck return. We dropped off the key in the return box during the rental time frame. Due to the error of this location, they didn’t process the return, U-Haul thought we didn’t return the truck. We were charged a late fee. Everything has been sorted out and refunded, however it was a headache.
