Smooth operation
richard jThere was a worker/employee that was very rude when I came in on Saturday morning. I actually had to leave because he was so incredibly unprofessional. I returned the next day to pick up the trailer I was trying to reserve, luckily I was helped by a much nicer employee. Mr. Lucas was extremely professional, courteous and helpful. I'm very glad that Mr. Lucas was working on Sunday morning. I didn't catch the name of the rude employee but he was also working on Sunday; I'm glad I didn't have to deal with him.

Ashley LMy experience was great. I have a rusty old plow truck. That I was forced to use because my 2016 Ford F150 blew transmission cooler lines the same Day I was scheduled to rent the trailer. My plow truck wire harness was corroded.And the lights wouldn’t work for the 4 prong plug that the trailer had. So One of your employees let me barrow his personal 6 plug to 4 prong adapter to make the lights work. Outstanding service.Its just suck that life is always throwing curveballs, but you guys help me out and got me out of a pinch when I had to move all my tools and tool boxes from one motor pool to another on Fort Drum New York…you guys will always have my business and I’ll highly recommend you. To all the mechanics I work with. They’re always having to borrow a trailer from a buddy or somebody’s else’s family member. It’s just a lot easier to go to you guys. When I told them what I paid for it and they couldn’t believe how economical it was.Life is hard in the North Country. And your location is serving the community well. Thank you Thank you!!

Joselynn DI was charged for the equipment, returned it early and was told that Uhaul doesn't do reimbursements because I got "free" days. Mean while my total bill for a 26 foot truck and a auto transport was over $1200 for 6 days and let's not forget almost $200 in gasoline. One way not even 300 miles from point of origin to destination. Was also charged almost $80 for an extra day due to the place closing at 2pm and didnt finished until 4pm unloading the truck. Very disappointing because I am a loyal uhaul customer

Instructions are that for an after hours return, customer should leave the vehicle and follow the instructions on the app. However, for a business hour return, the posted instructions are to wait for assistance. I waited for 20 minutes and no assistance came. I approached the door to indicate to an employee that I was waiting, and he told me to keep waiting. I gave up and initiated the return through the app. Frustrating end to an otherwise good experience.

Patrick DUhaul in evans mills has a great location for base. My husband and I have both been active duty and stationed in different places. So we have used storage units many times. Uhaul does not prorate if you turn in your storage unit during the middle of the month. We have never encountered this before and it feels like they are preying on military customers. They were very nice and the storage is in a great location . But I would not recommend them due to not prorating the rent when you turn in your storage unit early.

MICHEAL W | First ImpressionsThe only complaint I have is when using the vehicle storage unit, to park your car into the unit there is a curve or lip that may be difficult for car to drive over to park their vehicle into the unit. This requires a piece of wood to create a ramp between the curve/lip for vehicle to easy drive over. This was the case for my vehicle. This isn’t a major problem but it is something to be aware of. Maybe create a ramp like curve or lip so cars can easily drive over. Other than this, my experience was wonderful

I tried other places that said they had a 10x20 storage unit and the truck should fit, however that was not the case at all. U-Haul by Fort Drum next to Bradley's the truck fit perfect as you can see in the pictures. The unit was clean and stayed dry as it is elevated from the actual ground. The price was great which included a lock and I setup auto pay, as I received an email every month as a receipt of the automatic payment. Very easy to cancel once I no longer needed the storage facility. Great friendly staff who were able to answer all my questions and concerns. Great place to store vehicles.
