This installation was actually on my sister’s Honda… I only set up the appointment… She was very happy with the installation, and she says that the staff was very professional and friendly… I set up this appointment for her after the Pleasant Hill location installed a receiver hitch on my 2002 Nissan frontier which I was very happy with also

Two things: 1. Mileage on truck was captured erroneously I had to catch the mistake myself or I would have been charged for gas I didn’t use 2. I ‘reserved’ a dolly, but was told when I arrived that they didn’t have one because they are given out fist come first serve! I stressed how badly I needed the dolly, hence the reason for reserving it. Response was a nonchalant, “there’s nothing we can do…corporate knows it’s a problem and are trying to fix it.” Horrible customer service!!!!

The manager of the location on pleasant hill was never any help, could never get in contact with her until I told her I was going to place a complaint with corporate because even when I went through customer service they couldn’t even get in touch with her. She was rude and nasty and condescending, she was no help at all, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this location because the management is so poor

The vehicle was probably considered "clean" in some standards. The cargo area was definitely clean, no dust, dirt, etc on the floor or walls. The cabin had a few Cheetos on the floor, but there was no food or stuff like that stuck to any surface other than maybe the floormat. My concerns for a "No" response were the following. There was no windshield washer fluid in the reservoir (if there was, the pump was broken because I couldn't get any washer fluid to spray onto the windshield). There was a noticeable rattling/free spinning noise coming from either the transmission, drive shaft or differential. The noise occurs when after putting the vehicle in gear. Finally, we could not get the USB ports to play music from our cell phones (both Apple and Samsung) after putting the radio in the "IN" setting.

Customer should not be told to pay "hold" amount. My pre-pick-up amount was approx $80, however, I'm told I had to pay an additional amount which was took it to $160. Wow, very disappointing. That information should be made known at registration on website. I was moving that day, if I didn't have the extra amount, I would have been a very bad situation, simply because of the unknown added amount.

I have no complaints. It was an easy rental process from start to finish. The only suggestion I'd make is that I had no idea how much gas I needed to refill, so I just guessed. If I knew roughly the miles-to-gallon ratio, it would have been easier.

In person was super great; finished the hitch at the estimated time. Staff members were quick and super friendly Received no notification that the hitch was complete so I had to call. When called, no one was available to answer the phone, made it on the 5th attempt, within a 15 minute span (340pm to 351pm on 2/19)

The last 3 times I rented an auto transport they were literally covered in oil. They are not being cleaned properly. It caused me to fall on my chest when moving across the front of the trailer to hook up safety chains. I put my hand down on the trailer and slipped in the oil land on my chest. Painful and not good. I took pictures and complained to the rental place. The. The next 2 times it was the same That includes this last rental. I pointed it out to the manager before leaving.

I did not like that I picked up the truck and it had a little more than a quarter tank. It did not run well and I had to fuel twice. I spent $90 in fuel and to add insult to it when I returned the truck with a little less than half a tank they charged me for everything and did not take into account that they got free gas from me. They could have knocked something off just based on the inconvenience of me having to fuel as soon as I got the truck. I do not mind paying what I owe I think it is bad business to have customers get gas when they pick up the vehicle. Meanwhile I paid and told them I wanted them to use a different card because I lost the one I used online of course they didn’t and now they are emailing me like hey you owe us. I won’t if your customer service was efficient.

I came to the storage location and I did not get what I paid for. The agent on phone assured me a storage 3 brd and its wasn't even big enough for a 1brd apartment. The agent on site was polite but the overall experience from uhaul poor. I ordered a truck, movers help, storage all in one package for convenience worse mistake I have ever done

Made a reservation over the phone. Aug 31st. I took a 5x5x10 for September 11. Showed up no one in office found someone said be a minute. Took over 10 minutes. Then told me they had no units. Showed them my reservation email, but the person never looked at it. I started to raise my voice the guy that wasn't really helping me asked the lady next to him. No one had name tags on. By this time I was livid, and said why make us do a reservation and you don't keep it. At this point no one apologized for anything. Customers started to pile in and at this point, about 15 minutes into this and then I raised my voice because none of your employees was really helping me. When they saw all the customers they suddenly found a unit on a lower floor that I could have, but before they were no units available.

When you let a client reserve a uhaul truck you should make sure it's available for them when they come pick it up. It's a huge inconvenience to have to drive to Georgia thinking I was going to be moving to find out the truck I reserved was given away. Now I have to store my things a d reschedule my move due to the negligence of staff who over booked the trucks leaving me SOL when I came to pick my truck up

The employee working at the self storage had spoken with one employee at this location was told that I could receive a 10×10 for one month free when arriving the employee at this location told me no that I would not receive 10×10 one month free,when explaining to him what I had been told by an employee at Jimmy Carter location he would not allow me to receive the 10×10 for one month free of which I felt was wrong hearing the employee ask a employee at this location if they had a 10×10 available.

Account myself a very flexible person. U-Haul store owner yessica. At U-Haul on Pleasant Hill in Lawrenceville is an awful communicator. However way she feels is how she will respond. The people that work there have poor communication and slow resolve. That facility has one job selling unit on Locker unit. This facility have taken locks off of my unit without my permission and try to charge me for new ones .. They have locked my unit on several occasions because they made a mistake and payments were complete. They would never unlock the unit in a convenient time frame from the facility error. I've always had to call customer service or home office for them to respond. I should not have to go to social media for a business to do the right thing no one should. The last and final incident they sold all of my items within 8 hours of me making Financial arrangements with the store owner and customer service and all of my items were gone. That's the worst feeling in the world to know that you trust a company to hold something. you trust a person at their word that they're going to follow through in the communication is broken down there's poor follow through. it's unacceptable I sent the email to the regional manager David Weston with no response to date . I moved out of the facility on February the 8th not February the 15th I was not giving such a grace. I was not given such a time to resolve any matters and then I'm receiving a bill saying I owe $400 Plus dollars which will never get paid because my items are missing I need $500 to restore my quality of life. This is unacceptable I would never recommend uhaul to a soul anyone talks about uHaul and their prices and their community in Georgia I will always always have a negative taste in my mouth on my Twitter Facebook tiktok Instagram I'm disappointed. This is not how you do business especially when you monopolize the entire Market of storage. Coming from Michigan I would never expect of such poor handling of its clients customers and responses. Your word is all that you have in your word is not good at all. untrustworthy I am not confident that you haul can handle any valid business without having to go five extra steps to get results why why is that acceptable why? Money cannot replace half of my items in the part that money can replace should not have been an issue. My unit should not have been sold my unit none of my items should not have been touched I have a text thread that shows the correspondence and the times that I talk to the store manager which assured me that we would have no incident. The things that were brought back stating that they were mine were not mine. I'm in a new state distraught with nothing and you guys go on with your regularizer lives oh it's not my problem it's unacceptable and I will keep putting in complaints until I get a resolved this will not go away.

I arrived to my storage after 3yrs of paying monthly on it and I went to use the key of the lock. I purchase back then and my storage had a totally different lock on it. I ask for assistance and the manager on site told me that my U-Haul what is up for auction. I was extremely upset and don’t understand why!

The move in process was fairly easy. I moved in online and went to retrieve the lock when I got there. The access code that was text to me does not work tho. Easy fix but the move in became a tad bit difficult after the front office closed since my access was limited.

The only problem I had with this location, was that there was never staff inside to greet the guest. The 2 times I went I had to wait in the lobby until somebody came inside, or I had to go get one of the staff outside for help. The manager Yesica was very nice and helpful my initial visit.

I am very disappointed, in my final paper work , being accused of not replacing gas in a 26 footer truck... paper work indicated I drove 28 Miles... I replaced that gas , and paperwork indicated they added 8 gallon more at $5.45 saying this was what I did not replace... When a 26 footer gets 10 miles to the gallon... You do the math!

The staff at Pleasant Hill was terrible. No social kills. The store is being ran by a bunch of young kids that could care less. I made a reservation online 2 weeks in advance and I didn’t get none of what was promised. I was told my storage wasn’t 1st floor access, it wasn’t climate controlled, I did not earn the 1st month free, I did not get a lock free. Whoever you had working Sunday 1/23 were not knowledgeable of the info being promised online. They were all very unprofessional and condescending. If I wasn’t moving my moms things and needed the storage right then I would have left. I’m very very very disappointed and unsatisfied. There is a lot more that I could say but I’m exhausted

I paid my rental from a reoccurring auto banking check from my bank from the first payment to the last, roughly a year and a half. Every three or four months I received a late payment notices. The first time, I called the facility to correct it. Then I would go to the facility to impress upon them the need to correct the problems causing me to receive the notices. I continued to receive late payment notices after I was told it wouldn't happen again. The straw that broke the camel's back was a "Pre-Lien Notice". I moved out and will never do business at this facility again!

Staff was very slow. I understand some staff members were being trained but the pace of work was excruciating - I had to wait an hour to get moved into my storage unit after having made a reservation online with all necessary information. This was with no line and only 2-3 other customers for the entire time, and then was sold a lock that cost $15 that was not the typical lock used. Other lock and key locks only cost $5 or less by the front desk worker recommended the most expensive one that wasn't even secure.

I was dissatisfied with the explanation of the card entry for every visit. The representative that showed us the unit did not explain the card entry very well until asked. She said to just swipe the card but did not mentioned we would be locked out if done incorrectly or not done at all on my second visit I was locked out of the facility. I called customer service to assist and of course they couldn’t help me get in because an on site manager had to be present. Because of this, I returned my uhaul truck late which I was charged extra and had to re load all my belongings I had un loaded on the dock. This was Sunday after hours and the office was closed. Customer service had called the onsite manager but she did not answer. The card entry process should have been better explained. I could have avoided the inconvenience of an extra trip and saved the extra fee I was charged for returning my uhaul late. I have yet to go back and get this resolved.

Everything with the facility was fine. Up until my card was charged twice when I moved out. I get the $50 fee for them cutting the lock. But, I was told I didn't need to sign anything. I didn't have to take pictures, & I would be emailed my move out letter. I don't recall seeing that email, but was billed twice. I can't get in contact with no one at the facility. An email was sent by customer service,and yet I haven't heard anything back as it pertains to a refund. After two year, and about three months. One would think I would be treated a little better than what I was. I will never as long as I live ever use Uhaul again.

First off, I came in there to get a storage. I bought a lock "from them" Went to make my first payment and my payment was double. I begin to dispute the charges, no one could help me. I came back the next day with my husband and we were told they had to cut the lock because we did lock the storage door right, and it was open so they charged us to cut the lock. A complete lie because my husband and I checked the door before we left. The conclusion came to, we can take off the price for the lock but still have to charge an additional $50 for cutting the lock. Um, we bought the lock from them so they didn't do anything in our favor. And, no one did not put in notes that we cancelled our storage so I received an email stating I would be charged $15 late fee when we had already moved out of their storage two weeks prior to me getting the email. They are unprofessional. Don't rent from them!

Never again. I rented a van for a month for my consignment haul. Mixed up the dates & kept it 4 days over. Never rcvd a ph call, just recovery punching a hole in the tire while i was parked.

My pin code does not work, hasn't worked since it was set up! I pay for 24 hours and I have to squeeze things thru the broken door on side. The alarm system goes off everytime I go. I want a refund!

I don’t think the staff is appreciative with its clients. Poor training in customer service. Bad attitude. Not reachable and Want to make money out off forces paying late fees.

Returning the truck went very smoothly. Getting the storage unit was nice and easy, for the most part. There was a little mix-up regarding which units were available, but that was quickly resolved.

The management at that location she always seemed to have an attitude and when I just paid the bill and wanted to move out a portion of my rent should have been givin back but they refused
