Suzan LThis comment is for the U-Haul truck I had reserved at Coin Laundry, Mather @ Broadway, 54303!! Wasted 2+ hours trying to pick-up a truck there, but that "by cellphone did NOT work!! Thank God my friend Bobby knew where to get a truck to rent at 700 Main, 54301!! Things worked out well after that & the young man working yesterday even went the extra mile, getting me storage in West DePere off Hwy 41!!

Channing AReceived a tow dolly that was not functional. The tire strap was not able to release so I could use the tow. Dolly and I have been trying to get a hold of the manager for a refund but everybody at that location keeps saying the managers is not in and they never get a return . Will never recommend this location or U-Haul to anybody.
Jillian AHave trucks with batteries that don't die. Don't charge for gas for the second truck when the customer had to drive two trucks due to a dead battery in the first truck. Sara was courteous and helpful, but it took 2.5 hours for roadside assistance to arrive after I called.

Kelsey LUnfortunately, the pick up information was not complete and we had to wait an hour and a half to be able to pick up the truck. The issue was it never advised me that this was an electronic sign in sign out. We were expecting someone to be available to sign us in to get the truck. They were not. However, the people were very helpful even though they couldn’t get us out the way, or at the time we should’ve gone. Thank you,

Kim GWhile this location is convenient, every time we use this location something happens. This last time, the customer service agent rented out our truck that I had reserved weeks ago to the customer ahead of us. When I said I was there to pick up my reservation they didn't have any more available. They had to take another customers truck. Then, when I went to drop it off, and use the after hours mobile check in, my account said I didn't have a reservation until the 8th (mine was for the 12/1 to 12/4) and I couldn't check in my truck. So yeah, not a great experience. I sent a message to the location that evening, stating I should not be charged the 20 dollar "convivence" fee, which is a ridiculous fee anyway, I mean I already paid for everything and it's literally their job, but whatever. I only need to use Uhaul when moving large items, which seems to only be every few years, but every time I have, it's always been a headache because of something Uhaul did or didn't do.
Andrew TThe front drivers head light was out. The lowered visibility was an unnecessary stress they could have been avoided if proper maintenance was done. The steering was loose. It was like sawing logs while driving. Too much stress while driving.
Va VI will make this U-Haul location my go to stop. Equipment was easy to rent, was running and ready for my pick up...the employees were friendly and took the extra steps that made me feel like a valued customer. The return was quick and easy.

michael mI have been in a lot of uhaul places in my lifetime. Most are equivalent to walking into the DMV. But I will say, the lady behind the counter (sorry, dont remember her name) when I picked up the motorcycle trailer. Was very friendly, talkative, polite and helpful!! Definitely made the experience memorable, in a great way!!

But don't worry, for the privilege of having an auto-payment system that doesn't work, you'll get late fees. To top it all off, you'll get zero response when trying to contact the management. Number one star!

Jomar A | First ImpressionsRented a storage unit and the manager Phillip told me that I had till 10 at night but the Building closed at 7 p.m. Got all the way to the storage unit a little after 8 p.m. and my card key was denied. I had five vehicles with being with a bunch of stuff and had to leave everything outside because nobody could do anything they couldn't get ahold of the manager and he was the only one that could change it and he made my card so I couldn't access the building after 7 p.m. it was pretty cold to be standing there trying to figure out what was wrong all for us to just leave again and then not even that now we have to come back again in the morning and figure all the vehicles to make it back there on time or all at the same time so it's just extra work that we're doing now all because somebody made my card not work so that is my only complaint. Thank you

When I went to pick up the keys, the unit I reserved wasn't available. We were moving the next day. I was told no other units of the size I needed was available. I was told, "RESERVATION MEAN NOTHING." But the Main Street store did have units. Thank goodness for Chi Lee! He called the U- Haul who refused my reservation and confirmed there were units available, but they hadn't been cleaned. So not happy! Chi got me a unit for the next day, showed me how to use the digital key, and apologized giving me 1 month free rental. So appreciated his great customer service. Even though the 1st choice was more convenient to our home, I will Never recommend them to any of our family or friends.

Lauren A | First ImpressionsMy unit had a significant leak. Around $1,000 in items were destroyed from water damage. Since I did not get the insurance I was told there was nothing that could be done. I already was paying $40 more per month for the same size unit as the uhaul 15 minutes away. There is no light in the unit and just a small doorway instead of a garage door type door. So it's already a lot worse quality for 50% more cost. Then to have my 'climate controlled unit' not even control rain is ridiculous. I will be contacting the BBB as well as leaving reviews wherever I can to make sure people know to stay far away from this location. It is absolutely unacceptable, especially when they're already price gouging.
Morgan N | Overall ExperienceOn face-to-face interactions, manager Phillip went above and beyond expectations up to and including night of move out on 7/16. However, I was not officially changed to moved out status until 8/5, despite repeated emails and attempted phone calls. On my attempts to call the facility, I kept getting connected with corporate. I only had one conversation on July 30 with corporate during that 3-week period as I was did not have the time to wait on hold for the estimated time. Even then,it took a week for the facility to finally have me as moved out.
