The truck ingine runs really bad and burns alot of gas. The rear driver side mirror is broken you can hardly see out of it. The brakes are also bad. This truck no one should be driving.

My experience to this area traumatized me as a new customer and first time to rent a storage due to my late husband passed away a few months and need to empty the house to be on the market for sell so we restored important things we need but anyhow We moved our items on this area on Feb.19,2024 approximately 2pm and then all the receipts was giving to us and the code as created. Went back to the placed Sunday Feb.24, 2024 at 4pm restored remaining items we are unable to enter the place because it says error the code went to the desk spoke to a lady i knew her name but i don’t want to mention her checking my name and storage number doesn’t exist shows the storage number is vacant I was shocked i told her “ what all the items we moved on the 19 is there and i have 2 keys with me that’s impossible”! I told her i have the key she can accompany me inside she refused and kept talking and told me has camera and she can’t let me in I was so disappointed please review your footage. Anyhow i left went to my car to calm myself and called customer service thank God to Marilyn customer service able to help me I was asked by her to go back inside and she want to talk to the front desk lady i put her on speaker she spoke to her i found out the person help us put me in and checked me out that day so that’s why it shows vacant. I insist if i can get in if my items still there she accompanied me and was confirmed my key is a right one and my items is there Thank God! she registered me back again presented my ID and register me with a new code Marilyn was still in the phone until i got settle and front desk lady told her she will give me 1 months free and will let her boss know that’s going on and apologize to me and was acceptable we are just human being made mistake.I thought everything was fix that day i got the receipt got the code but i was told by the lady give sometimes like 3 days for the code to be activated I said okay and left the area. My family went back feb.2,2024 to restore more items on my storage he can’t get in the code was denied and she went to the front same lady was there and he was recognized by her before and let her inside the door and was asked to go back to register again it seems doesn’t go through before this time I can’t accept this games I called customer service spoke to Marietta unable to help me with my problem i was transfer to the area I spoke to gentleman I don’t want to mention his name stated “ I’m not registered and still vacant the place but what he can do he will put it on hold the storage for me so no one can go there”. I told him all my important stuff is there I was asked to stop by but that time was late and the next day I’m not available anyhow I don’t want to be stress anymore I tried to calm myself i don’t want to get sick. Feb.3, 2024 the lady was helping me on that area called me the same lady registered me back to the system before asking my identity again to registered me back in the system I still did and was patient with her over the phone I tried to understand everything i’m one of the manager of the medical field so i know how it works but anyhow hoping this time everything will work. I’m going back again in the weekend to see if my problem is solve. I wrote this review it’s not to scare people but please we trusted you guys we choose this company over than other companies we deserve a good service please next time be extra careful. God blessed!
christy abello morrison | First ImpressionsThe U-Haul was infested with roaches, the back of the U-Haul was flooded from it raining, which was probably a leak in the ceiling. The light switch in the cabin was busted out lights are very dim barely could see at night. The dash had every service light on possible. Seats and steering wheel wasn’t adjustable. Had a bad odor. Wouldn’t rent from this location never again.

KARL NYBERGHI was very satisfied with my experience at this location. They had a vehicle ready, despite my lack of planning to reserve one prior to my arrival. The in/out process was less than 15 minutes and the staff (2/15 Thursday 4:30 - 5 shift) worked together to assist everyone in a timely manner. Upon my return to drop off the vehicle, Qeddrick ensured that our in/out process was just as smooth. He did his assessment and printed my receipt in record time with a smile and showed the utmost respect. Thanks for quality service and I will always patronize this location!

They way you treat your clients, even the loyal customers is despicable. Focus more on training your staff to be more professional. Edgar is a joke in so many ways.

Veronica DonnangeloReturned truck at 7pm same day I rented it. Store open & busy no one at return station. So I place keys in the return box. Manager calls me 20 mins after leaving asking for keys. I tell him they’re in the box. Also gave him some advice bout the truck maintenance when I saw him towards back of the lot when I retrieved my car. 24 hrs later I get an email saying I had the truck for 3 days with more charges. Gotta luv the Miami incompetence. I’ll let my bank handle the dispute.

Channequa Jenrettemy experience on 1/26 and 27 was excellent. But on 1/25/24 I reserved a pickup truck for 4:30pm at same location. I called a little after 4:00 to confirm reservation. I was told no trucks were available. So I asked about the $50 fee if Uhaul does not honor reservation. Still no clarification received. I asked for next available reservation and was told 1/26/24 at 11:15. I took the reservation. After I finished the call, someone else from Uhaul called and ask was I cancelling reservation for 4:30p.m. I called back and the representative what had occurred. She reviewed the new reservation and determined it was made for 1/25/24 at 11:15 instead of 1/26/24/at 11:15. She made the correction. Will I get the $50.00 Thank you,

Arrived there only to find out that the key were taken home by one of the employees. Had to wait about 30 minutes for the keys to arrive. Had to complete another application which took up more time. Vehicle was on empty, luckily there was a gas station near by.

KARL NYBERGHCleaning vehicles. Some staff can do a better job with customer service training in particular the store attendant who checked me in and rented the vehicle to me. When I entered the store, I could not tell if he was working the front desk or not. Can improve with customer service on how to greet customers, however the service overall was not bad. The store person who checked me out when I returned the vehicle provided great customer service and in quick time. thank you to all your staff.

She definitely needs a refresher course in customer interaction, I was too exhausted to give her the business or address her rudeness. The young lady that assisted me was very pleasant and mild mannered.

joyve johnsonIf I could give this location a zero I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. The lack of professionalism and competency is really alarming and quite frankly sad. I rented a truck from this location, returned in on time and unfortunately forgot my wallet in it. I immediately contacted customer service and went back to try and retrieve and when I was informed the keys “were missing”. The have footage of me retuning the keys and apparently no other footage following that as to where the staff member I turned the keys back to placed them. Long story short after numerous exchanges with the manager who lacks any sense of urgency and his only solution was to bring me wallet once the keys get located. It took 6 hours for another location staff member to bring a spare key for the truck to unlock it. It’s so unfortunate how there’s a lack of training for staff members because had there been policies and protocols in place the key would have never went missing nor should it have taken 6 hours to locate a spare key. It’s literally being ran by people who could care less about the company.

I recently moved from a considerable distance and decided to rent a storage unit at their facility. Unfortunately, the process turned out to be a complete letdown. Firstly, on the day of my visit, I arrived with 45 minutes left before the official closing time, only to find the staff in a rush to close up early. Despite the advertised hours, they were unwilling to assist me properly and seemed more focused on getting out of there quickly. To make matters worse, when I asked for help in selecting the appropriate size unit, they seemed uninterested in assisting me, leaving me to make the decision on my own. Consequently, I ended up renting a unit that was too small for all my belongings. As a result, I had to make the heartbreaking decision of discarding a significant portion of my property, which left me incredibly upset and frustrated. The staff's explanation that they had to close early, even before the already scheduled closing time, is unacceptable and reflects poor customer service. Considering that I had just moved from over 200 miles away, their lack of assistance and disregard for their stated hours made the situation even more distressing. In conclusion, my experience with U-Haul storage rental was anything but pleasant. I am deeply disappointed with the level of service I received, and I sincerely hope they improve their customer care and adhere to their advertised hours in the future. I would caution others to be wary when considering this location for their storage needs.

Very disappointed with my experience and will not recommend anyone to use their services. Will never use uhaul again. Will use any other company before going back to uhaul.
