Have the store fully staffed. There was one guy working 3 customers at once because he had a call out. The young man did a great job at helping everyone. Give that guy a raise.

Upon returning the truck, an employee by the name of Horacio had a problem of where I parked it and became very hostile and at first refused to give me his name. The issue was addressed with the manager who witnessed Horacio’s behavior and said he would not tolerate it. Horacio has no business dealing with customers.

I rented a 20' trick from another location. I guess the truck was never returned. So when I went to pick it up they did not have it. I never received a call from UHaul telling me that the truck was not available. They did not have any trucks for me to take one way so I had to rent another smaller one at a different location. Once we got there everything went well and we were on our way. It just was a waste of about an hour and half of time to get it all figured out.

We were relocated from a different distribution site and had a horrible time there. When we arrived, we were helped right away and were out the door with keys and all of the equipment we needed. Great experience.

Customer service needs improvement. Cashier made no effort to greet me upon entering. Walked up to counter and still nothing. Was given verbal directions to where the truck could be found but made no effort to point out on map or point in the direction in which he was referring to. Return attendant made no effort to assist in return. Eye contact was made but attendant ignored me and proceeded to his duties.

Guy in the front desk was in a bad mood due to being a long line of customers. Yet he was extremely slow and gave me and two other customers attitude. This was my first time ever renting a u haul and he made it such a bad experience. If you don’t like your job then why are you there taking it out on customers.

Worst experience with uhaul that I’ve ever had. Reserved a refrigerator dolly and there was not one at the location. The guy at the store acted like he didn’t care and it wasn’t his problem. Had to drive to pick one up and it set me back 2 hours. Also he said the fuel was at 3/4 and it was at 1/2. I was told to return the van at 1/2 tank. Then when I returned it I was charged for not returning it at 3/4. All around it was a horrible experience and made me question if I will ever use uhaul in the future

I had my storage for a couple years and then they decide to take the hallway away without a notice and still expected me to pay full price for the major inconvenience

The concept of upstairs without reasonable access was not clear. I did not ever move into this storage but when I used the code to access the facility it considered me moved in although I was never actually in the loft.

The only thing you might want to consider at some time is having a different code for the door access than you have for check-in/check-out, so I could check in and give the door code to my moving helpers while still keeping my personal check-in code private. That way, nobody but me can check-in (and you can't open the door without checking in first, so that feels like it would be more secure). Just a thought; very happy with the service, the cost is reasonable, and location is convenient. Thank you!

The only thing I didn't like it the no elevator or ramp to the upper level. Kinda inconvenient I'd you have a lot of stuff or heavy stuff.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the facility had to change access to our unit. It was not feasible for my husband and I to access our unit using portable stairs. Over the last 2 years, the access hours changed which was difficult for us with working schedules. We did have to remove our storage items in an expedited manner due to the facility needing to make changes by a specific date. Abel was very accommodating and provided very good customer service.

I rented the storage unit over a year and a half and I was having issues with my unit water leaking from the ceiling my Chrome pieces to my lowrider bikes being damaged by water being in my unit leaking from the roof I have put in a complaint and never received a call back or anything so I relocated my stuff out of the unit because no one got back to me at all bad customer service.

Online move in stated that the lock for the storage door would be inside my unit and that the extended storage hours were until 10pm. The first time I arrived, my storage unit was already locked and there was no key to access the inside. It was around 8pm and no one was working. We had already unloaded everything and had to reload back into our truck. We showed up the next day, got my lock that apparently an associate has to give us (NOT what it stated online) and they needed to take the other lock off my unit. On Christmas Day I needed to access the storage so I spoke with a uhaul rep through chat who stated that if the location has after hours then I would be able to get into my unit. I show up that evening and of course the doors won’t open. Another wasted trip and inaccurate information. I come back a couple days later around 8pm and yet again the storage entry doors won’t open! It takes 30 minutes from my place to get to this uhaul storage location. As I’m about to turn around someone walks out of an office and tells us there aren’t extended storage hours even though it states so online. He told us to come back at 7am the next morning. The ONLY reason I chose this location was due to the “extended hours” that apparently don’t exist. I don’t know if this is a widespread issue or just this location but I’ve wasted SO much time going back and forth to this place and have been given wildly false information several times. Horrible experience so far.

Staff were awesome specially Eris and Dinis! The call center completely screwed me and reserved a unit that was already taken. Had to drive to a completely different city twice to get a storage unit. This caused me to use up alot of the gas I just put in to return the vehicle. Good thing the general managers are awesome cause this review couldve gone south if it wasnt for them.

This was my 2nd time renting a storage unit from U-Haul. I have experience nothing but positive. The staff is friendly, the location is always clean, and most importantly my belongings were safe. My only complaint is that there is no elevator, and I had to load, unload, carry my things up the stairs, load and unload again. I knew what I was getting my self in to when I rented the unit. I was very happy with my over all experience with your location, and staff members. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐😉👍

Parking lot is poorly lit for accessing my unit after office hours. Lots of homeless lingering in the lot and NEXT to the door to the storage area… I felt unsafe. Staff are super friendly and very helpful though

Inside walls of storage units are made of 1/2" drywall which in some places had come loose allowing someone to reach into the unit next door. If you wanted to you could simply push through the wall. Not at all secure!

The manager at this location was very helpful and a very nice person who took time to serve and help customers with respect. Re storages: Cost was high, and indoor units tend to be smaller and difficult to load and unload.

They tried to charge me for an extra month after I moved out five days early. Actual move out was July 10, 2020... The charge was July 15... I don't think it was intentional, they apparently did not check the unit.

The facility said that they had an elevator to the upper units,both on website and on the building outside.It doesn't.The manager lied straight to me saying there was 24hr access to the unit.Yes lied.
