I’ll be doing everything I can to not interact with anyone here again.

david oYour sales person could explain things better when renting a trailer. She told me it was no difference in returning the trailer in Eureka Kansas or bringing it back to Wichita. Come to find out, there is a $170.00 difference. I will never pick up a u-haul trailer there again. If I need one again, I will go out to Eureka and rent it from them. I will go there then drag a fucking trailer all over the country and back to Eureka before I use That location in Wichita again. I will tell everyone I know not to use that location on south Seneca.

He drove out & told me it was not his fault & that it was that the company had faulty equipment. Everyone makes mistakes on the job sometime in their life. But he could not admit he messed up. Luckily it only damaged my car tag.
Patricia CHand truck and furniture blankets take up needed space. Ramp is listed at 26” wide, it’s closer to 24.5”. We had a 10’ table with casters 26” apart, we couldn’t use ramp and had to lift it into truck.

Shawn PMy experience was horrible they give me a U-Haul that’s messed up had to get jumped 3 times. My dad had to drive from Wichita to Winfield to jump it and took 30 minutes to get it started. I was charged 160 for a u-haul that didn’t even work right .

It had issues cranking and you had to turn it to ACC give it a few seconds then crank it (figured this out after having to call roadside assistance) which ended up costing me hours of the rental time. And it felt like it was going to fall apart just getting to 45 mph and the steering was extremely loose. It was as expected on cleanliness. But it added to overall anxiety/stress of the move b/c we didn't trust the truck would make it. So much so I am going with a different company for finishing the move this coming weekend.

john mIt's the only location opened on Sunday. Although the vehicle operated well and was clean, the exterior was a bit beat up. I was charged for pads that weren't used, but a call to customer service got that corrected. Otherwise, everything else was fine.
derrick bAt drop off employee was on her phone. Left us standing inside at the counter and never came back in. Another employee had to tell us she finished checking the truck in when they found the invoice on the printer.
Ashley FI rented a full vehicle transport trailer. The straps for the wheel tie-down are becoming worn at the end.

Norman Di was taken care of by all personel at both locations and they did and excellent job getting me set with the truck and contract and helpful about everything. the drop off locations was busy but still took care of the return quickly and effectively. All done well by uhaul employees.

tyvieone aI was a little surprised at what my bill came to. I'd like to have a better estimate of the actual costs, based on how long I'll have it, including mileage, taxes, and fees. I was quoted $122 at first. I extended until 10pm and was told $177. What my bill actually came up to be was a little over $248! That was a shock! I had to pay it of course, but it was troubling.

We moved out due to the fact that, can't load or unload our belongings because too many rental vehicles are always in our way. Too expensive for unkept, unclean, space to rent. 149.95 plus tax. Cost too much for unkept storage

Billie JMy first time ever renting from uhaul and the lady that helped me was so respectful and nice. Shes hands down the best. Then i got into a bind and had to rent it for two more days. I had called the third day to talk to a manager and Brian Chilcote answered. I needed to ask a few questions regarding my rental for the three days. He was rude and short. Interrupted me multiple times. Talked to me like a child as well. I brought the truck back the next day and he was rude in person as well. Sharp short and in a rush to get me out the door. He wouldn't even listen to what i was saying or trying to ask and just Interrupted me again to talk over me. I would not recommend because of him. He doesn't have people skills and he shouldn't be a manager. Its totally sad for everyone else in that place. They were all friendly he was sooooo not. So thank you to the lady. I can't remember her name but she was awesome!
Sheree KEquipment was not clean, but it did it’s job. Staff seemed a little grumpy. When I bring the vehicle back pulled in vehicle to designated spot and followed, sign, waiting for someone to meet me to inspect the vehicle. I waited about 10 mints.

But I ended up having to keep it extra day the man that called me was mad and rude said he needed it back right then I said it's full the movers where not able to finish in time. He was very rude and hung up. The next morning I toke it back 3hrs early and went to the uhaul on Pawnee and got a different uhaul so I would not have to deal with him. Cost me extra time and money
Debbie BYes they are quick, grumpy men in the morning but still corjal. The thing I hate about U-Haul is they don't take into consideration weather implementations. We had like a blizzard nearly two days I can't plan around that and missed a whole day and a half of moving but couldn't get a credit discount nothing. I should have returned the truck early and rechecked it out according to them. But who wants to drive in a blizzard let alone a vehicle that's not yours. So they wouldn't adjust my bill for the weather but I got charged extra for having to keep it longer due to the weather. Either way out of my control and it sucks! 600$ for 9 days in a pickup truck that's got to be excessive! Not sure I would recommend for any moving needs that's almost the price of my rent. I'm a widowed mother of two with no family that had to move myself and two boys on limited income it really sucks, but thanks! Your ad for the moving truck with tailgate is very deceiving 20 a day my butt turns out to be 100$ a day, more people need to know about this i think so that other people arnt tricked into thinking they are getting some kind of deal.

Nathan R | Online Move InI did not like u haul putting their lock on my unit and I had to wait for them to unlock my rented unit. They always had a truck that was broke down parked in front of my unit, again I had to wait to have it moved so I could get into my unit. They lost the key to their lock and they had to cut off their lock. The parking lot had nails, screws and wire/metal laying all around the parking lot.
