natanael vPhone holders and charger should be mandatory and included in the U-Haul. It's very annoying trying to remember and bring one with. Also gas that you need to return. What should be included in the summary of the contract or email or included in truck key as a little sticker, as well as a little return address on the truck key since it's big enough.

Howard JWhen I first inquired about renting the truck, I was told that I could pick it up near my home. Shortly before it was time to start my rental, I was informed that I would have to make a half-hour drive to a different location to pick up the truck.

Ronald PRequest for the app to be user friendly. Having to decline 10+ offers to check out was a bit excessive. (FYI hiding the decline button or making it difficult to see is illegal.) It’s nice those options were brought to my attention but needs to be listed and quickly passed if I so choose
