Tod HEasy access to the trucks. There is little to no parking in the area so it is a little hard to leave a vehicle and pick up a truck.

Azael VInhad a frightening experience today. When I went back to get my ladder, the doooes closed and locked me inside the van. I was really frightened and I panicked because I couldn’t open the open the door to get out! I was stuck inside and couldn’t get out for about 15 minutes! I tried to open and the doors would not open, so i yelled “HELP!” Several times until the security guy heard me and opened the door!

Miguel GStaff very nice. Three star experience this time to to this bugger....the app self check in was not allowing me to scan my truck's code for quick pick up and go as U-Haul advertises. Ended up, after pre-paying an reserving on app, having to stand in line and wait 20 minutes for help. Not good.... : (

JAMES JFriendly, professional staff. Jesus in the morning and the manager in the evening. I was immediately greeted when I entered and was quickly set up with the 9' Cargo Van I had reserved online. The agent went over the fees for clarification and explained about the van and if anything did not match the Phone Text to alert him.

roxanne gWell in my situation they stole my u-haul truck and I tried to do a police report but they didn’t let me because it was impounded . The worst part about it idk how the hell it ended up in another city when I never used it ? When I woke up the next day the u-haul wasn’t were I parked it. So I called u-haul right away now there telling me I’m on my own that I have to take it out and pay for the fees . I don’t think it’s fair because there charging me when I didn’t even get to use the truck .

And the woman at the counter Franclynn (I got the spelling wrong I know, sorry) - as I walked away I said to my friend, "I hope they pay that woman a lot of money she's fantastic!" Seriously she is great at what she's doing. Very friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. Overall the whole process was easy - highly recommend.

I asked about vehicle maintenance and he verified the oil change was done and the fluids were full.

Jason AThis truck had the cabin not attached to the back box making it getting cold air thu the opening. It was very cold and noisy, also I am pretty sure thats why it spent more gas. Truck was clean but need the opening to be fixed

Omar Vthe manager had a woman working behind the counter doing my check in that wasn't even an employee of uhaul, just a friend she said. The woman was very rude when I gave her my id and kept asking for multiple other reference numbers and when I didnt have more than 1 to give she cussed at me and said she didnt even work there, she was just a friend of Fairelynn. I recorded the entire thing and would like to send the video to corporate
