The guys helping to unload were trying to be helpful. I was told that they would help me unhook the trailer, but the lady came out and stopped them and said we had to do it ourselves. Then she came back later and said the could help but we had to pay 20 dollars, when I went in to pay, she said she couldn’t charge me until we can back after unloading the uhaul. When we came back the young man was very helpful and they didn’t charge me. It just wasn’t a positive experience and wasn’t very welcoming.

The person with whom I filled out papers and paid was efficient and personable. No complaints there. But the vehicle (a van) had an ill-fitting driver's side window that made the vehicle VERY noisy on the freeway. The gas mileage was also terrible. I would vastly prefer being charged the actual cost of the rental rather than a fake amount (19.95) with all the add-ons (insurance, 59 cents a mile, taxes and another fee. I rented the van for three hours (driving some furniture to a small town just outside the Twin Cities) and it cost $90. If you are going to charge a rental fee plus 59 cents a miles (plus other things) then we should not have to pay for gas too. One or the other.

Someone drilled a hole in the gas tank, stole what they could and let 15-20 gallons dump out on our parking lot. When I brought it up to this location I was given another truck but had to transfer office furniture myself, employee’s didn’t help and even though I had insurance on this truck, I was not reimbursed the $80 of gas that was lost. And I was charging additional $20 fee for the other truck I was provided.

The app sucks. I spent 20 minutes at the return location and it would not recognize my geo location. Called support. No support. Tried chatting, no support. I took pictures and left. Finally completed my return on the website. Could not get my pictures uploaded to uhaul website.

Please lock your uhauls or inspect them prior to handing the keys over to the renter. Was told to look for a homeless person in the back as they saw a person earlier in there while the worker ran away. Unprofessional and unsafe to do that. Uhaul did not steer correctly, steering was very loose. Have to hold the turn signal for it to stay on.

It felt like we weren’t wanted there, nothing was explained clearly. We kinda felt like “ yeah this black people are moving” kinda service. I will not recommend anyone here for sure if anything I will suggest the service call whom are all nice and helpful!

Please check gas when returning, because the gas hand was under what was on paperwork had to go straight to gas station

The guy that was working brought me into the store to have Nina help me check in the truck and get me my cash deposit back from the trip. After standing there for 5 mins. listening to Nina curse about renting out the wrong trailer to a customer outside with the guy employee that it was the guy brought me in, Nina told me she didn't know why another location would tell me I would get my cash deposit back at another location. She then called her manager who informed her that it is possible and not a big deal but that she had never done that before and didn't know how to. I returned the truck with 242 miles of gas left in the tank and I picked up the truck with 243 miles of gas in the truck yet I still had to pay $15 for the gas charge but she couldn't articulate why that was other than that's what it defaulted to in the system. I also tried to purchase a car adapter charger for my phone but she didn't know how to ring it up on the register so she just gave it to me for free.

The truck was extremely loud on the road with wind noise at the doors and windows. So much so that we had to shout at each other to be heard. Had I not had a passenger, I would have used earplugs it was so loud. The plastic cover for the front bumper literally fell off the truck and I rolled over it. Luckily I was turning a corner and going about 5mph and it didn't cause any other damage to the truck or other drivers. Can you imagine what would have happened if it came off on the busy highway. Seriously....how does a bumper fall off....Please inspect and maintain your trucks.

I’m sorry, but the trailer I received was filthy. It had broken glass and pieces of rusty metal all over the trailer and I had to spend time cleaning it out before I could use it. I would actually appreciate a refund due to the disappointing condition of the item. The service was acceptable but would not rent again if that is the care that you are giving to your equipment. Sorry. Thanks for listening.

Nina is rude and need to be took accountable on how she handles rentals and customers. Very unorganized we spent over an hour there and was charged for two trucks that we didn’t get also they had someone else card hooked to our account.

The system was down so it took us 3 hours to get our truck which really derailed our moving plans. We finally got a truck and it was old, loud, could barely get to 50 mph and had billowing smoke coming out. It was a bad experience.

Everything went very well but the truck was not clean. The cab especially was kind of disgusting. Filthy cupholders, napkins all over the ground, dirty overall. There was a lot of broken glass in the back and the ramp was filled with broken glass. I'm saying this only to help improve. Everyone I met there was helpful and knew their jobs. The truck ran well, the check out and check in were smooth.

I reserved a truck ahead of time and when I arrived at my designated pick up time. I was told the system was down/running very slow. I waited in line a while the asked if doing a mobile pick up might be faster, and I was told it might, but might not work. I ended up canceling my original order and doing a mobile pickup. Once I got things all set with the mobile pick up and was ready for keys I had to hunt down an employee to get me the keys and also have them move another truck because mine was pinned in the back. Overall it took just over an hour to get my truck and I ended up being an hour late to my destination with the truck. I was very frustrated and disappointed with my experience and left feeling stressed. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

it's a tough location, and keeping the equipment perfect is probably hard. the trucks are usually pretty dirty, and run rough. but THIS truck got less than 6mpg, leaked CO into the cab, and was LOUD. it also was out of gas when i got it. it was on E in 12 miles! the people there are great, but the 2-way trucks are in rough shape in general.
