Took them an hour and a half to get a contract and then gave me the wrong truck size...took to long...trying to do it over a phone...get a better system

The location did not speak English so the lack of communication was hard. The truck was really poor condition and transmission sounded like it was going to die any moment.
Michelle CIt took way longer to pick it up. Not sure if it was his first time. I had uploaded everything prior to getting to this location and had to do it all again when I got there. What they didn't tell me, is that this leaked in the back. It rained the entire trip up the east coast and there was a ton of water when we opend the back.
