Despite making my reservation 2-months in advance, I was sent 40 minutes away to pick up the vehicle. The system was down, so I couldn’t access the online mobile check in for close to 4-hours! Took forever to get the vehicle. It was a death trap. It was practically empty, the brakes didn’t work & it desperately needed an alignment. The steering wheel wasn’t even straight. I will never use this company again.
