I was a little confused with the online reservation, but I got through it. (I believe it’s due to my age and not being familiar with iPhone). The place and help was fantastic! He checked me in and out fast and easy. The retuning of trailer was even easier. I’ve never seen a cleaner Uhaul facility. Thanks for making it painless.

Have the phone application the ability to have the user(s) to enter reservation number which the agent provides so when we return each item so the agent(s) can update if an error happens. 2. Provide a lock required on the rental truck and tell each person who rents the truck. I had not been provided that info.
