william bThe first reservation I made for 9 am I was to pick up the U-Haul at location with check in person to hand over the key and sell me the goods I ordered. Somehow my reservation was changed to be a remote pick up and there was no one at the dirty tire place that was closed.

john hI clearly declined all forms of insurance. I set up the reservation online and declined insurance there as well. They sneakily charged me an additional $14 for some BS insurance that I declined.... twice. They are an auto mechanic place as well and if they are this sneaky about renting out a uhaul I certainly wouldn't trust them with my car either. I will obviously be leaving reviews on yelp, google, and FB as well

The vehicle that was reserved wasn’t available, but there was a different one that met my need well and after making some arrangements, he was able to rent that one to me. This is the first time I have used this location, but not only will I recommend it but I will be a repeat customer.

mary kHad great service. The truck was ready at the requested time, it was clean and comfortable. My husband felt comfortable driving it. Had a newer model with 2 bucket seats and a smaller middle seat, so I was able to ride along with my husband and son to help unload. Victor is the best.

FLOYD LWe dropped off the truck the same day we rented it on Saturday 5/4/2019. We informed the gentleman who helped us when we picked up the truck that we will be returning the truck to the Wrightwood Auto location. We received a phone call 6 days later from your customer service looking for your truck. They said we were supposed to return it to the Phelan location and I told them we have returned it he same day in Wrightwood. Now we just noticed the contract showing we had the truck from 5/4-5/10 which is incorrect on your end. We would like for the contract to be corrected and email to us. Thank you for your help.

debborah jI reserved my Uhaul online, checked in and prepaid the next day, then the following day after checking in I gets call telling me my unit is unavailable. That I had to drive 45 minutes to Wrightwood, Ca and 45 minutes back just to get the unit. Then when I showed up to pick it up I was charged an additional $18.00 bucks for insurance. I didn't want the insurance. I elected not to get it when I checked in and prepaid. Very not happy with my overall experience of obtaining the trailer. No discount was given for having to go out of my way and spend my fuel to pick up a trailer that I reserved less than 5 minutes from where I originally started.

David BNo improvement needed. The people at Vern's Automotive in Wrightwood where I rented the trailer from were great! Melissa, Victor, and Tom made sure I had the trailer I reserved, and they assisted me in hooking it up. They were friendly, professional, and courteous. Their customer service, which is very important to me, was exceptional!

SUSIE HThe pick up location was great,...But the U-Haul roll up door on the truck itself was broken and the cables had been bad for quite some time. (per repair service) I Wasted two days from work as the stretched out mangled door cables came off the track both sides. It was repaired in the evening taking 4 plus hours while I waited only to get stuck in the full up position the following morning. The location gave me a discount but vacation days wasted from work and having to reschedule my move, incurring duplicate costs and many items getting dented and scratched as I drove it back to the location to get the truck fixed. I could not get in the truck to secure my load because of the door. On top of that the emergency number and claims number is a total JOKE,...immediately asks if I want vacations and other endless loop of crap when I'm stuck with a broken door. Will never, ever, ever use U-Haul again. NOTE: the location where I picked up was fine, the repair in the field was a band aid that ended up wasting another valuable day. The people were nice but the repair door cables were put on way to tight and the second day when I went to open the door it flew open only to get stuck in the open position.
