HAVE ALL RESERVED RENTAL ITEMS IN THE SAME LOCATION. PEOPLE DON'T ALWAYS HAVE THE TIME TO DRIVE AROUND TO GET THEIR EQUIPMENT AND INSURE IT IS CLEAN, AND THEN GET CHARGED A CLEANING FEE AT THE OTHER END LIKE I WAs.

MATTHEW RI had some difficulty with on-line check-out/ check-in. Otherwise Lacey was helpful and professional.
John MWhen I picked up the trailer I did not notice their were 3 of 4 matching tires. The 4th tires was the same size but not as tall as the other 3. This caused the the trailer to sway at speeds over 40 mph. Due to the time and days traveling, I was not able to stop at any uhaul locations along the way. I do hope this did not do any long term damage to my friends truck.

Ronald BThe drop off location was well lit which was very helpful. We were late when we dropped the truck off so we didn't interact with anyone. We dropped the keys and left the truck.
CARLA MWe will definitely use U Haul for our next move. Everything went smoothly. The only complaint was the height of the trailer. Husband is 6’1” and he bumped his head quite a few times loading and unloading.

STEVEN Hproblems are not with the location but with U-Haul reservation, emails, support from corporate. The website and reservation process is AWEFUL. Website adds items and services you did not select. Some you cannot remove or edit. If your truck is not available at the location you select, it automatically changes location to where ever it wants. Mine changed to another state! It does not even tell you or alert you of such a change. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. If not for this local support, I would not have had a truck for my move of goods. Many thanks for Y L Saddlery.
