U-Haul and the Wounded Warrior Project Invite You to Attend the The 2010 Wounded Warrior Project Soldier Ride Las Vegas to Phoenix Landing Ceremony

What:

Cheer-on the 2010 Wounded Warrior Project Soldier Ride cyclists and Team U-Haul as they finish the challenging Phoenix segment of Soldier Ride – Vegas to Phoenix.

The Wounded Warrior Project Soldier Ride recognizes the incredible sacrifices these soldiers have made and is held to raise money to benefit the Wounded Warrior Project.

When:

Friday, December 3, 2010 at 11 a.m.

Parking lot behind the garage.

Please join us as we welcome veterans of the 2010 Wounded Warrior Project Soldier Ride – Vegas to Phoenix, as they officially end the afternoon’s ride at U-Haul corporate headquarters. Listen to remarks from local dignitaries and special guests from the Wounded Warrior Project, enjoy a performance by United We Sing (formerly the USO Girls of Metropolitan N.Y.) and former New York City Police Officer and international recording artist, Dan Rodriguez, and learn how you can help support those who have given so selflessly to our country.

Donations:

U-Haul will be collecting donations during the landing ceremony. You can make a contribution with cash or check made payable to the Wounded Warrior Project. All donations will be matched dollar for dollar by U-Haul and will go directly to the Wounded Warrior Project.

Parking:

From 3rd Street, go west on Virginia to Central Avenue, then go north on Central Avenue.

There is a parking lot on the east side of Central Avenue between Durant’s and Wild Thaiger.

Parking is $3 for the entire day. Signs will be posted to lead you to the event location.
