The 8.55 acre property includes both climate-controlled and non climate-controlled self-storage rooms, six one-story metal self-storage buildings and one two-story building with a rental office and retail office space. The new U-Haul Moving and Storage of Little River also has 60 RV parking spaces onsite for a property total of 88,601 square feet.

It was the goal of U-Haul Company of Coastal South Carolina to meet the local need for self-storage and moving options in Little River. “The acquisition of this facility gives our customers access to U-Haul storage in the Little River/North Myrtle Beach area that was not available before,” said Steve Redmond, president U-Haul Company of Coastal South Carolina. “Along with great customer service, we carry a full line of boxes and packing supplies,” Redmond noted.
