U-Haul Is Welcomed into Huber Heights Community with the Purchase of Former Big Lots Building

HUBER HEIGHTS, Ohio (Sept. 16, 2014) – U-Haul Company of Southwest Ohio welcomes its first U-Haul facility located in Huber Heights. The former Big Lots building, now U-Haul Moving and Storage of Huber Heights, features a 94,433 square foot, one-story building situated on 6.63 acres of land.

U-Haul Moving and Storage of Huber Heights is located at 6550-6660 Brandt Pike. The building was constructed in 1974 and currently features a temporary showroom offering truck and trailer rentals, moving supplies and U-Box moving and self-storage container rentals. Early plans for this facility include the addition of self-storage and a full line of U-Haul equipment and products. U-Haul Moving and Storage of Huber Heights will offer the community more convenience and assistance with their self-moving and self-storage needs.

Drew Case, marketing company president of U-Haul Company of Southwest Ohio, explained the importance of this location and the benefits it will have on the area.
