Dedication to U-Haul Lands Mark Quinn a Promotion to Marketing Company President of U-Haul Company of Dayton

DAYTON, Ohio (Feb. 27, 2015) – As a  dedicated leader with 23 years of U-Haul experience, Mark Quinn is excited to take on his new role as marketing company president of the newly formed U-Haul Company of Dayton. As president, Quinn will oversee all operations of U-Haul Company of Dayton, including truck, trailer and self-storage rentals. With his wealth of leadership skills, knowledge and dedication to U-Haul, Quinn surely will take the newly formed Company to high levels of success.   

Quinn’s plan for success is to promote the addition of self-storage at the U-Haul locations in his area: a new location in Huber Heights that will have over 700 rooms… and several other existing U-Haul locations will be adding self-storage to their locations in the near future.

Quinn began his U-Haul career in July 1992 as a dispatching and receiving technician for U-Haul Moving and Storage at Beechmont Avenue and shortly thereafter was promoted to customer service representative (CSR) at that store. In December 1997, Quinn was promoted to general manager (GM) of U-Haul Moving and Storage of Gilbert Avenue and then went on to serve as CSR for U-Haul Moving and Storage at Dixie Highway. He then returned to U-Haul Moving and Storage at Beechmont Avenue to serve as assistant GM, and became GM in October 1999. Quinn served as GM at this location and at U-Haul Moving and Storage at Gilbert Avenue for 15 years until his recent promotion.

When asked what he most wants people to know about him as he assumes his new role, Quinn replied, “I am a dedicated U-Haul Team member and  I will strive to do all I can to keep U-Haul the number one choice in the self-moving industry.”
