Marvin has served as a traffic control manager since 2014. She started with U-Haul in 2009 as a customer service representative at U-Haul Moving & Storage of Sandy Blvd. in Portland. After a few months, she transitioned to a customer care representative with the U-Box program. In 2011, she became a field relief manager.

“I am most looking forward to getting back out in the field, putting everything I have learned in traffic to good use and supporting my team in every way I can,” Marvin said. “Company 704 has always been very strong with great leadership. I plan to continue that excellence by executing my new role as an MCP to the best of my abilities. I’ve had great mentors at U-Haul and plan to use that guidance to help ensure I keep 704 successful."

“We are again in a rebuild process as this area is doing so well. We split twice in two years. With that being said, I am excited to be able to grow the area further through the dealer network and expand our customer base.”

Merow noted that Marvin remains eager to learn and lead people.

“She has a high energy spirit that engages others around her to do the best that they can,” Merow said. “I look forward to watching her team grow over the years.”

Congratulations, Shannon!
