Russ Baldwin Promoted to MCP of UHC of Western Arizona

PHOENIX (Dec. 15, 2016) — Russ Baldwin has been named marketing company president of 721, U-Haul Company of Western Arizona.

U-Haul Executive Vice President Jeremy Frank and Area District Vice President Steven Deutsch made the announcement. Baldwin assumed his new role on Nov. 17.

“For the better half of my U-Haul career, I have wanted to become an MCP. The Baldwin name has been in the U-Haul family for over three decades and I am thrilled to follow in my father’s (Rod’s) footsteps,” Baldwin said. “I see a massive opportunity for dealer expansion as the west side of Phoenix continues to grow. I look forward to collaborating with my GMs and AFMs as we build upon the successes at 721.”

Baldwin spent the last year as program manager of Moving Help. He was general manager of U-Haul Moving & Storage of Hunters Creek from 2008 to 2013. Baldwin began his affiliation with U-Haul in 2004 as a receiving and dispatching manager at Kar-Go Repair No. 125.

“Russ brings years of experience to the position. He has the advantage of having hands on experience in several different positions, not only in the field but also the Towers,” Deutsch said. “With his knowledge and drive he will be an asset to 721.”

Congratulations, Russ!
