How to Make Wings in a Big Easy Oil-less Fryer

Who says wings have to be grilled? With the Charbroil® Oil-less Turkey Fryer you can simply season and let the fryer do the rest of the work for you. Follow these simple steps to find out how.

  1. Take 1lb of chicken wings and season to taste (see our recipe below)
  2. Place wings on Leg Racks
  3. Connect racks to the basket
  4. Place racks into the fryer
  5. Cook your wings to an internal temperature of 165 degrees  - takes approximately 30 minutes
  6. Use the lid for added crispness

 

Here’s our finger-licking chicken wing recipe:

  • 1lb chicken wings or legs
  • 1 tablespoon of chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of nutmeg
  • Teriyaki sauce (enough to coat each wing)
