The lady that called me from Abilene about the trailer I wanted not being available helped me find a solution. She was Very nice and helpful. The Boyce brothers where I picked it up are always helpful and that is why I go to their shop if possible.MARK W.

The location was easy to find and the service representative was very friendlyand helpful. The location doesn't establish the price and I must apologize to the gentleman but he had the unfortunate business to have to charge me astronomical prices. U-haul's prices have become unbelievable. I used a U-haul car trailer to move a vehicle from San Angelo, TX to Chehalis, WA and was charged over $700. 2 years ago during the same month of the year I was charged $290 for a 26' moving truck between the same exact locations. I have to rate the fee hike 1 star on U-hauls part but I rate the pick up location 4 stars.JEREMY S.

The representative was very unfriendly almost to the point of rude. I would never use that facility again. The lit was full of trash either discarded or blown in from the wind.Tera F.

I was charged extra for a dolley that I needed and the equipment was not with the truck when I picked it up. I never got my rental equipment I needed for my move but still got charged for it.Jerrell M.
The guy that helped me stayed till after closing! And this day and time that means a lot!!! He was very helpful, and made sure before I left their yard all lights worked and chains were secure. I don't know how trained him, but they did a excellent job! Please give him kudos.... and a few bonus bucks wouldn't hurt either. A good employee from what I could see.James D.

The location was out of the way and the owner(old man) was real nice but his sons that are running the uhaul part are very rude, unfriendly and pushy. One of the boys told me to that I could come in early to pick truck up and wouldn't be charged for that day. Since how it was already 5pm. My pick up date was the next morning @ 10am. They ended up billing my card for a full three days instead of the two I requested for. Plus there was a half a tank of gas when I picked it up. Returned it with three quarters of a tank. Ended up charging me for fuel anyways. I don't recommend this location to a soul.Art E.

Tell them ahead of time that the A/C cuts in and out according to power needs...even if you're driving across Texas and it's 100 degrees! Otherwise, very helpful & friendly.Russell C.
The sign and website said they opened at 9 am... I waited until 9:50 even though I was supposed to be leaving town. There's no key drop box.... The person there was not friendly or apologetic on the fact that I waited nearly an hour to drop off the key.Sue S.
