The door was locked. No one answered the door and couldn't leave a message. I had to call uhaul customer service to get them to call the owner to check in the vehicle I rented. Not impressed with this drop off place. Will not use againROBIN R.

I rent several times a year to move furniture I've bought or to take items to makers markets. I either rent trailers or small truck depending on where I'm going or what I've bought. I always rent from 158 in Reidsville NC or Eden. Wonderful very professional staff. Tim always has my business won't go anywhere else. Thanks Tim and your staff!Revived V.

We choose self check in service to get our truck. This was the biggest hassle I have ever encountered. The gentleman was not at the store so another lady had to help me who ran the store next door. She had to do my entire check in on her phone because the my phone would show location. My location was completely on and it would not work. The self check in process was terrible also. We had the same issue. I don't know how to receive the $50 back for things not being ready but I believe I should be entitled to it due to the issues with your system. Check in was an issue also and again the gentleman was not there. Again the lady next door used her phone to check us back in and it would not work, so we ended up leaving it for someone to check in for us. It was very frustrating.Mark R.

This is my second trip to Eden and dropping off at this location. Both times there was no person there and no one available to help unhitch the trailer. This time I had a 6 x 12 trailer which had no jack stand and lifting the trailer tongue off the ball hitch was strenuous!!!Morgan W.

Truck was dirty. Bottles and trash from previous rental. When I returned I was not checked in. Associate wouldnt take time to speak with me. I was told to put key in box and I would get email within 10 minutes. It took 3 days. Still have not received my credit that I was due. Not treated professionally at all. I called dispatch on Friday 8/6 and asked to drop off in Eden and was told that was not allowed. I drove to Martinsville and the location was unable to accept delivery of the trailer. I had to call dispatch back and then was told I could bring back and deliver to Eden. The agent at the Eden location was at another location and just had to drop it off. I did receive a check in receipt but this return experience was just terrible, awful, disastrous!!! I have other furniture to move in a couple of weeks but I'm hesitant to use UHaul again!!!Morgan W.

My original location was for Reidesville, NC, but I received a message the day before around 3 pm that my location was changed to Eden NC which is about 20 miles in the opposite direction I was traveling which caused an extra 40 miles to be added to my charged mileage. My notification was too late for me to make another reservation with Penske at a closer location so I was stuck with agreeing to the new location.Joseph O.
