Trailer was dirty inside and right side lights very dim. When I tried to open the rear, slide-up door it was tight but went up. After loading was complete and I was ready to make my way west, the rear door wouldn't close. I called the local pickup location and they called customer service for me. I had to be 300 miles away from my current location at a certian time and my window for getting there was quickly closing. first I was instructed to unload the trailer and drive 25 miles away to swap out trailers then was told a service tech would be at my location within 90 minutes and I would receive a refund for my troubles. Needless to say this experience cost me literally ten (10) times the amount of the rental and I have yet to be refunded. I will NEVER use U-Haul again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1Charles S.
The self service option just took way too long to get truck pick up approval. The location was closed during pick up hours and I could not get through to customer service. By the time I got approved it was about 20m after my pick up time. Overall a good experience but this needs addressing.Mirika H.

Hart was very good; U-Haul stinks as a company. My reservation was changed 3 times, and I was bounced all over the south by phone just to get a truck. This company needs to stop promising what they cannot deliver. Get rid of the call centers. I waited on the line for 20 minutes twice only to be disconnected. Ronny at Hart was great and very helpful- but I will not rent from U Haul again.David D.
This review does not concern this location however it does concern your Shreveport La central phone operator sending me to you our way to pick up a truck it wasn't there and then I had to drive another hour and a half to go pick up the truck cost me five hours and gas money for my pick up truck so Uhaul will not ever have my business again come on PenskeBilly R.

Trailer was not clean. One tire was flat and they had no way to replace it so it would be up to me to keep it inflated (3 times over the next 24 hours). Requested 20 moving blankets, but he gave me all he had which he said was 12. However, there were only 11. Finally, when I dropped off the trailer, I was told that it wasn't hooked up correctly but it was the employee at the pick up location who hooked it up, so it should have been correct.John O.

I rented a ten foot box truck. I'm not sure about the exact number of miles I drove, but I did drive from Walker to Albany and back to Walker. When I stopped in Walker to fill up before returning the truck, it took just under 3 gallons. I was pleasantly surprised at the mpg on it.ANGLE H.

U-Haul was very understanding When we ran into some issues on my part. They really came down hard on me but they did not they had mercy. Everything was very clean truck was just said they described and the staff at U-Haul was fantastic and understanding along with heart trailersAlan L.

I paid for a dolly and never received one. The location was a self service one, but the app crashed and the call number had me on hold for 20-30 min with someone who could not help my issue. I had pre registered online for pickup after pickup i noticed i was charged $218 when i registered it only showed $166 they charged for insurance when i didn't ask for or want which was stated in my pre registrationJames B.
