The reservations system is poor. A 6 week early reservation is not honored above a three day reservation. Thank goodness independent locations are more concerned about serving their customers than U-hauls stupid opportunistic corporate planning and execution procedures. If I had canceled they get a $50.00 cancelation fee. If they fail I get a sorry, but we are trying hard for you text. U-haul knows large numbers a fleeing liberal run states so they choke down supply to raise rates, please remember their greedy behavior.JAY M.

The woman operating the location was less than professional. She handed me the keys and said "it's out front" to which I replied "which direction" she fired back "when I woke up this morning I didn't get the ability to see through walls!" Vehicles lined the driveway both left, right and center of the building. I was just seeking clarification on which direction to head to find said vehicle. 5 miles down the road I notice the check engine light is on and the front end of the van is shaking violently when coming to a stop. I call into the location immediately to report both issues. Same women answers the phone and states "I tried to chase you down as you left the parking lot to tell you it's an oxygen sensor, don't worry about it. I promise you it won't break down. I don't know why they don't take better care of their equipment!" If she attempted to chase me down in the lot she certainly could have attempted to contact me via a phone call with the same info. Less than stellar customer service combined with really poor vehicle maintenance. I'll look elsewhere in the future.Karlyn B.

We reserved a 26-for truck with moving blankets in Port Orchard, WA. A few days later we were told that there wasn't a truck available in Port Orchard so our reservation was moved to Bremerton, WA. Then we were told a 26-for truck want available anywhere and we were downgraded to a 20-for truck. Then are reservation was moved again to Brownsville, WA. (Please note: each of these moves increased our mileage usage on the truck.). When we went to pick up the truck there were no moving blankets available. Wrong city, wrong truck, no blankets. Why do you even make reservations? Nothing we reserved did we actually receive.David H.
I was informed at return of truck that I was being billed twenty dollars because I did not do an online check in for the return for after hours. I have rented numerous U-Haul trucks and trailers and never heard of this. I will not be using this location again!terry F.

Front office was friendly, but the uHaul smelled heavily of cigarettes and the dolly's were already detached (we didn't need any dollys). Once again, staff gives great customer service and was super nice. Vehicle condition left something to be desired.Patrick R.

When I made my reservation I chose not to purchase the â€œsafe towâ€ insurance, however I was charged for it anyways. I had a scheduled appointment for 11:30 but had to wait until 12:10 due to the long line. After waiting through the three customers in front me when I arrived, the woman behind the counter allowed 2 more people to go before me, knowing that I had a reservation and had been waiting ( securing more money from a new rental is more important than the guaranteed money from a reservation I guess). The office was FILTHY! I didn't even want to touch anything while I was in there it was so dirty. The trailer hadn't been probably cared for, half inflated tires of different weight tolerances, and the ramp joints were corroded. Don't rent from here, they are garbage.Matthew B.
