Store personnel directed me to go outside to connect the trailer and then come back to notify them when I was connected so that they could take a picture. Aside from me having to do HIS JOB, I had to go searching for him so that he could take his picture. I went into the store looking several times before he appeared and came outside to take the picture of the hookup that I did myself.Spencer S.

Was accused of not returning the rental. Renter obviously does not keep a check on his inventory. Returned the unit the day before it was due back just to be contacted saying I never returned it.Nick R.

The cab was filthy floor covered in dirt, finger nail clippings in the cup holder and the cargo area was infested with ROACHES!!! Truck had small amounts of damage here and there but I have pictures and video to prove it all. We had to spray the entire back with poison and then use leaf blowers to blow it out, yes there was that damn many. I have used Uhaul several times over multiple years and never encountered this. Also the truck was not mechanically sound. Front end needs to be looked at as well as the brakes front and rear. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!THOMAS B.
The person who handled Uhaul business was not there and the only one there did not know what to do. Fortunately, she was able to contact the person and find out what needed to be done. It might be a good idea to have more employees trained to handle these transactions.BRUCE G.
Associates had no knowledge of the pick-up process or me checking in on my mobile device. I had to wait additional time for the employee to call multiple people. She also continuously told me my reservation number had to match the serial number of the truck, which absolutely made no sense. They do not need to be allowed to be one of your locations any longer.Angela T.
Well I was told that I would receive a 100 free miles but once I rented the Uhaul for a few hours and later returned it I then noticed that I had to pay for all the miles when I was originally quoted as having some free miles so I think I should reimbursed for the difference otherwise this is fraud just get ones business...MICHAEL J.

My experience with this location and the store owner was excellent. However, my experience with U-Haul itself was the worse rental hassle I have ever had. The store owner was very patient with me while I was on hold with U-haul for over 2 hours, even let me use his phone charger while on hold.Josh W.
