The truck was honestly the biggest piece of trash I've ever rented. It was over heating, the brakes were terrible, the steering was loose and it was dirty when I picked it up. Its a miracle the number one cause of death in the United States isn't uhaulJason M.

I elected no insurance for my rental since USAA covers vehicles and trailers I am renting or borrowing. However, the individual that wrote up the contract added the insurance and unfortunately I didn't realize it until after the fact. Don't add insurance just because you may receive a premium.Joseph H.

Unable to get U-Haul due to website being down and location being closed. Over an hour wait time to trouble shoot and gate of pick up location closed before able to speak to someone to help.Annelise H.
I made a reservation online to another location but when I got there the people that were to return the truck I was getting didn't return the truck so the gentleman was very helpful and got us a truck from the next closest location. All in all easy pickup and easy drop-off. Thank youLisa S.

The owner at MGM towing was not at facility at 9:00am. We had to go to another uhaul facility in Enid to get his cell phone number and then he showed up an hour late. He made jokes about not being there on time. Extremely poor customer service!!TYLER T.

Several people were scheduled to pick up items at 8 AM, and there was no one there until 8:15. The truck was a little dirty on the inside, but nothing major. I requested 24 moving blankets, but they only gave me 6, since they didn't have the key to the building where the rest were stored. They did offer to bring them to the house we were unloading, but we were mostly done by the time the guy called. The "check engine" light was on, and the oil pressure light came on while driving.ROBERT M.

The truck I rented wasn't the cleanest. But it wasn't to the fault of Glen the owner. He went above and beyond to go power wash the outside and inside after the previous user and get me out on time. I saw the truck prior to this and it was disgusting. Glen have his best effort to get it done.Gerrett S.

There was no place to park at the facility and we had to hunt down someone to help. We were directed to a lot across the street and had to find a place to park the trailer ourselves and trailer was never inspected.Nancy M.

The was called the the morning and was told that the site I was suppose to pick up the trailer was not a available. And had to go 20mi out of my away to get the trailer. The said That I would get a extra day because of that. I sure did. And was charged for it. There was no one on site. I had to call a number and wait for someone to arrive. Although the lady that showed up was very nice and helpful. Still took a lot of time. She had to reenter everything I did on line when I ordered the trailer. I dont understand how a 75.00 rental turned into 120.00! That is ridiculous. I never did get a itemized receiptRicky R.

I tried to call this location twice and it went to voicemail both times. I had to knock on the door and she almost did not answer the door. Actual drop off was a separate location. I did not like dropping off the vehicle and leaving the key under the seat. I did not like leaving it like that.Jody G.
