I hated the customer service experience this time. UHAUL first sent me to a location where the 15' truck I rented was not there. I had to go somewhere else to be able to only then pick up the truck I had reserved and paid for. Horrible experience. I need to be refunded because of how poor your service was this time.galo E.

This location was unattended. It looked like a third world country with a Drop Box on the wall next to a locked door. There was no attendant and there was no place to park the truck. I would not allow this location to represent U-Haul under any circumstances. Its hard to imagine a worse place to return a U-Haul rental!!Paul M.

We were charged 2 additional days rental despite renting the trailer on 8/12/21 and returning it on 8/13/21. We returned after hours and spoke to Myles on the phone but were still charged until 8/16/21 for an extra $42.80. Location was hard to find. Office sign too small. Office was closed during open hours. We had to call the manager. Attendant came quickly, but could not provide signature or printed papers that they received the trailer. Office was closed. They did send an email receipt promptly.HUGO M.

1st off, the quoted rate online was approx. $50 less then the actual charge. Upon disputing said rate I'm walked in a circle by customer service, and told that I didn't dispute it, which is obviously what I was doing. On top of this terrible accounting practice, the truck was apparently in the system with 40mi less and 1/4 tank more fuel upon pickup, of which I couldn't see nor dispute at the time of pickup. All of this came to light on drop off, and customer service has done, and apparently won't do anything. Will never use uhaul again, and will be sure to assist anyone in dodging there unethical business practicesNathen P.

Overall this location is well kept and the people are friendly. But I do have an overall complaint about U-Haul itself because every time I rent a truck there is a problem. On this occasion I was overcharged for an entire day plus insurance, taxes and fees and on several occasions I was overcharged either for miles or for insurance. I do not have a money tree nor do I feel that like just giving my hard-earned money away to U-Haul for no reason. There is some type of miscommunication between the time a reservation is made, pick up and then return things are added that I did not choose and when I return there's an issue with what I am charged on several occasions and I am tired of it. I have only been compensated properly on one occasion so they're still 2 other and this is the third outstanding dispute I have with your company. I contacted the dealer to inform of the discrepancy immediately after receiving the final bill. I have not received a response or and have not gotten any resolution. This is bad business and I will be taking further legal action if these disputes are not resolved within the next 14 days.Casandra S.

Uhaul scheduling told me location was open until 8pm. They are only open until 7 pm. When I called, calls forwarded to the I assume owners cell phone. I spoke with gentleman who walked me through the drop off process and the pick up of another trailer. Uhaul corporate needs to know what trailers are available where (as I was sent to another location 30 minutes from my reservation), and their hours. However, the drop off location and man who helped me went above and beyond to accommodate.Robert J.

Not only did the location reserved for me was wrong and unavailable when I got there, I was sent to another deserted area with doors closed making me fear for my safety! I also got stranded with a dead battery when I was supposed to return it back next day and waited 20 mins for a rep on the road assistance to pick up, I waited 1 hr for a truck to come and jump start it. Truck was almost stalling at stop signs and lights and had to put it on Park! Horrible!!! A total nightmare!Luisa A.

I would not recommend u-haul. Re-confirmed my reservation several times. Went to pick up no truck. I HAD TO CALL AROUND to 3 different locations before I FOUND a truck. Rental location far from where I live then uhaul did nothing to make it right. TERRIBLE U-HAULPamela B.

I originally booked my truck for Palm Beach Gardens but was switched to this location. There wasn't an office to go to and the truck was just on the side of the road. The neighborhood wasn't the greatest either. I had to go up to this small looking building next door and spoke to someone through a call box who gave me the number to call about the truck. I was supposed to have the feature of just scanning the truck and leaving but there was no where to scan. The gas was only at a quarter of a tank but when I tried to enter that for the checklist email I received from Uhaul, the website crashed and I was unable to enter how much. Bringing the truck back was a pain because the spot where the truck was originally was taken so parking it was a pain. I was charged over $200 when I was quoted the rental to be around $120. I don't know if I was charged for the gas but the truck didn't have even half a tank to begin with. I will never use this location again.Morgan N.
