I did online drop off as the location was not open on the weekend.
roger S.We were specifically told by the woman at this location, NOT to be at the location before 8:30 am on Saturday, July 23 to pick up the trailer. At 8:45 am on Saturday morning, the man at this location (older, bald) called my phone to ask if we were coming or not. When he was told we were on our way but across town, he advised he would "see us in 3 minutes". We said it would take longer than 3 minutes for us to be there, he then said "fine, I'll see you in 7 minutes". When we arrived, he was rude and condescending - asking my wife "did you bring help hon? you're gonna need help" This man was a complete jerk and during final checkout said he couldn't give us a paper receipt because he wasn't sure about the printer & needed to get going to mow his lawn.

Robin A.Channel was such a friendly, helpful wonderful person to work with. I highly recommend this Uhaul location and if I ever need a store anything in Heber City I would definitely use Timpanogos Storage because of Channel. You have a gem of an employee there.

lisa V.Slimline after hours P/U we had issues with getting in lik box, had to call in 3 times due to issues changed truck and not on lot had to go a block away to pick up. It took over an hour to get the truck and get back on the road and very frustrating.

Mark R.This location has a separate area for drop off. It would be most helpful if that information was included in the text messaging, signs around the perimeter of the primary location and signs on door/inside on counter. For those of us who are busy and desire to check in online, this would save us time.
Edward C.I had to unload the auto transport and unhook the trailer myself when I was originally told I would have assistance. There was no one available when I returned the truck and could not complete the check in online. I called U-Haul and was told to just leave it there. When I called to confirm it was checked in ok, the gentleman continued to confuse me with another client for another day and was rude. When he couldn't answer my questions about what I was going to be billed, he said that was to bad and he wasn't going to lose any sleep over it.

DANIEL C.The dollie in the truck had the seal broken i didn't notice until I got to my destination I took a picture of it. I never used the dollie so I pray im not charged for it. Also the truck needed to be swept out when I got it. Please don't charge me for the dollie just wanted to make you aware. Thank you

David L.The service Vickie provided was excellent. However prior to renting thru Vickie I had rented thru O'Neill in which Mindy was awesome. She had nothing at the moment but I called back she had a 15 foot truck I reserved. Unfortunately someone took it out before my reservation so I got bumped to take it from Ainsworth. Which is an ectara hour one way. Fine. On Friday I called Ainsworth to double check on reservation. Thank Goodness I did. They had no truck. Mindi from O'Neill got me lined up with one. It was great except after one time of loading the truck the door broke and I couldn't lift it. Had to take the cotter pins out just to move it.. Vickie right away called to see about getting it fixed, they had no parts for it. I eneded up paying for somene to ride with me to continue delivering my stuff. zzzzzznoy s vert happy perdon.
CYNTHIA M.I rented a 6x12 trailer. There was no tongue Jack on the trailer and I strained my back hooking it up to my vehicle. I am icing my back as I type this. I am very disappointed in U-haul's unsafe equipment.
