I wouldn't recommend uhaul to anybody. I received multiple texts and emails from UHaul all telling me different drop off locations and different deadlines for dropping off. They charged me for an extra day because the last deadline was 5 hours prior to my original contracted deadline.Paul S.

The facility failed to set up the mobile pick up I had scheduled. I was forced to wait over an hour for the office to open so I could get my rental. The lady in the office was rude and blamed me. She said I scheduled it too late for mobile pick up even though I made my reservation a week ahead and then she told me my reservation time was â€œCalifornia timeâ€ even though we are in Texas. She did everything except admit that she just failed to do her job. I will never use this location again. Extremely rude.Melissa H.

The lady that called me to inform me that she was closing at 5:30 on Friday and I needed to go pick up the truck before she closed was a little rude and demanding. She also called me 30 minutes before she closed to let me know. Other than that everything was goodDaniel L.

Pick up location gave a set of instruction for dropping off the trailer that was in exact opposition to drop off location. So I was stuck with my car on the trailer and no way to get it off until several non employees were willing to help me with the process. Very frustrating. Resulted in my having reschedule my unloaders, leaving very little time for them to do their job. Was lucky that they could work with me as they had another job following mine. Uhaul needs to have more consistent process for returns of trailers.melissa F.

Totally professional and accommodating. Previous reservation on line moved the pickup site requiring added mileage and cost. Karen provided a vehicle that a customer had cancelled, had all the paperwork completed, and provided expert and professional rental experience...all at the last minute. The attendant here was amazing and very friendly and helpful. The drop off was so slick. The only thing that was a small hiccup is that when I made the reservation on line I selected this location but the attendant at tue pickup place randomly selected another place that was over an hour away. Once we saw the error the attendant here at drop off location was SO helpful. She didn't make it seem like it was a big deal. She called who she needed to and explained the situation and it was taken care of very professionally.Sheldon N.

Vehicle needs servicing. I had approximately 2900 lbs and the vehicle averaged 7 MPG. I drove from Nashville TN to Austin TX, a relatively flat route. Mileage should be better than 10 MPG. The contract also stated "Rental Tax $120.00", but the estimate I was provided said nothing about this TAX. Just another way to gouge and surprise the customer. I do NOT recommend U-haul.Frank H.

Horrible experience. We had a trailer reserved at a different location. When we went to pick it up, there was no trailer available. What is the purpose of a reservation. No contact from u-haul about any change or lack of availability. Panther Storage came through for us with a different trailer. Smaller which required us to take a second vehicle on our move, but it helped.RICHARD E.

This was not the pick up location I requested. The one I wanted did not have the size truck I needed so had to go here. This location did not have any dollies nor tie down straps. The lady in the office was very nice and friendly though!KAREN S.
The rent location really was, overall, very good â€¦ We've used them before for other 591(c)(3) programs. The U-haul app and the wait time for ANY TYPE of Customer Service was horrible â€¦ The app would not recognize my location no matter what, including toggling location services on; resetting my phone; resetting the app; etc. (So much for virtual check in â€¦) And, a 45-minute wait to speak to ANYONE at U-Haul Customer Service at 8:00 AM Central on a Wednesday morning (not a Monday morning or a Friday morning, but a Wednesday morning) is complete and total BS.AARON A.

The only issue was the app experience. It took 20 minutes to get approval. Way too long! There was no indication that we were in a line to to speak. We weren't sure if the app had â€˜hung up'. But didn't want to restart in case we were â€˜in line.' That part of the process was exasperating!Christian C.
