Our location to pick up our uhaul got changed the morning before. When we went to the High Ridge location, and they did not have moving blankets or dollies, which we had reserved almost a month before. The truck also only had 1/4 of a tank of gas. When we got close to our moving location, the tire popped because when we received it the tire was bald and the wires were showing. We had to wait 4 hours for someone to come and repair the uhaul. The only good experience was the uhaul triple A dispatcher.Adam P.

U-Haul changed my pickup location to another county, costing me an hour of driving time. This location did not have the blankets and dollies I had ordered. They sent me to a third location for blanklets (but no dollies.)Steve G.
When I got it the truck had a half tank of gas, I returned it with a half tank of gas, but yet was charged $48 for fuel which I don't appreciateangela M.
I booked over 6 weeks in advance and location couldn't provide the furniture dolly that I rented. To top it off, we were initially given a set of keys to our truck rental, but he had the wrong truck sitting out for us. The key unlocked the passenger side door, so I had gotten in and the driver got in and the key wouldn't turn over. Wouldn't have been so bad, but I have bad knees and getting in the truck just to have to get out and into a different truck was difficult!Paula D.

My drop off was suppose to be on saline in Fenton but they didn't receive the notice so I had to drive to imperial which was further out of my way another extra 6 miles and had to pay extraClifton G.

Did the mobile check in. Then got the keys. I reserved 3 dozen pads and was charged. They only had 1 dozen available. I was told to call customer support so I did. Customer support told me to talk to the place I rented from. Was over charged by $20 and had to get the unit way further away from where I needed it adding to extra fuel and milage costs. Overall not a great experience and will probably use another vendor next time since I was overcharged and customer support just wanted to pass the blame. I had asked if someone would be there to help me get my car loaded and when I arrived no one was. Also. The trailer was not installed on the hitch. I was lucky enough to have a co worker close to come by and help. Other than that it was all great!EMILY T.

This was one of the worse U Haul experiences I have ever had. The staff was friendly. I called and needed extra time and he obliged no problem. The issue arose when I asked if we can mobile check it in. The person said we could. Come to find out that their facility is not 24 hours and you in Fact Can not check in after they close. This was never mentioned to me. I spent 2 and 1/2 hours outside looking for a box after midnight and chatting with U haul trying to figure it out. Now I'm 45 minutes away and they are rushing me to return the keys because corporate UHaul advised me to not leave the keys anywhere. So now I have to waste more of my times to return a key that U-Haul told me to keep. So A, please make sure all U haul facilities are 24 hours and the lock boxes are clearly marked. If this is not possible, do not let people return the truck without a picture of the lock box. These steps are the only way I hauls should operate. I am beyond enraged by this incident. Time is money. Inconvenience is money. And I cannot in good faith recommend this uhaul location to anyoneJEREMY D.
Lady at pick up argued that we canceled the rental after we reserved it on the phone. The rental was 100 percent online. Rude and argumentative. The app didn't work at return sat on hold for 30 minutes since it did not work for the return. Finally hung up I was moving and didn't have time sit on hold all dayChristopher B.
