This location is the absolute worst place you would want to return your truck, especially at night. There is no indication whatsoever that you can return the truck here after hours. No sign/banner at the door giving any pointers. It's directly off a main street and to turn the truck into the lot is difficult because cars are going fast around you. There are other safety concerns too. For example, the lot is not lit at all. It's dark and there are no signs to guide you to a suitable spot for the vehicle. I was scared for my life in that area. Now the worst part - there is no key Dropbox. So I had to call customer care and let them know that. Wait time was 52 mins. Now imagine being in that place for 52 mins. I'm really disappointed with Uhaul. I expected you to at least have the basics figured out. While on the phone with Central Support, earlier that evening, the lady was not pleasant to talk to either. She did not mention any of the above shortcomings of that drop off location or she did not know. Which is again very bad management. Also, if you are ultimately going to decide where the truck has to be returned, don't make it sound like we have the option when we reserve the truck. My preferred location was 3 mins away. The location assigned to me was 27 mins away. I had to pump more fuel just so that I return the truck with the right amount of fuel and accidentally pumped 10 gallons more while speaking to the rude lady! What a mess Uhaul.Sujay D.
I ordered two dollies and other moving equipment to help my move. This location did not have any of the additional equipment I ordered and paid for. They did refund me the cost but it made the moving experience much worse.Ahl B.
The cabin of the truck was very dirty. I was very surprised to see that in this time of covid-19. I wish uhual trucks had cruise control. Both employees I worked with at the two locations were very polite.DOUGLAS F.
