I reserved a furniture dolly and 12 furniture pads and did not receive any of it. $50 wasted. I chatted with a representative upon pickup who said I would be refunded the amount but when I returned the truck the charges were still on my account and receipt. Your app is useless. Your chat customer service is ridiculously slow (48min wait when told 12, and ended chat when I didn't respond in 3min when they finally got to me because taking a piss) and equally useless. Your phone help... pointless (60min hold and hung up on me) Thankfully, you have intelligent and responsive people at your email service@. But your overall... horribleJOEL D.

Took 30 min to get combo lock on vehicle open. It did not operate correctly or did not fit on the truck properly. The truck was had less than 1/8 tank of fuel, but I received a fuel credit, so that was good!ellen R.

I ordered a utility dolly and blankets. When I picked up the truck, the lady said â€œnobody told me about thatâ€ and that I needed to drive to another location to pick up the items. She was rude, especially considering the items were clearly included on my order. The online check-in process wasn't working, so I had to call the lady back to get the lockbox code. When I dropped off the truck, I tried to do the online check out, but it kept saying the mileage was too low? I tried calling customer service, but the wait time was +30 minutes. Ridiculous.Daniel T.

This truck was already dirty when getting into it with cardboard boxes on the dash the back already had dirt in in i called front desk because was chargers $100 holding fee then tried charge for another $117 fraudulent charge for acts that weren't caused by me and the front desk lady hangs up the phone on me multiple times she never sent me an email I. The first place I have proof in my emails the only email I received was today after the fact of this entire issue I honestly think this is a terribly ran company multiple companies out of one small office too much work for your employees they need to get it together or be fired immediately very unprofessional for your business and they way your company deals with people in general I have over a dozen people that come to you on the regular and they will not be referred to them by me EVER again trust me this is going to loose you some business my friends if you are the owner of this company or MR. Manager That I spoke to that wanted to argue with me I Couldn't imagine how you are as a person in general absolutely disappointed and this will be the last time my team uses your business for anythingtracy C.
