My Rental is ONLY 5 miles but you charge me gas 5 gal $21 plus double $46 , and Total is $48.03 . It is unacceptable. I call the local office many time to claim but no answers. My contract number is 9211 7402 I will keep my claim.QIANG Z.

I reserved a furniture dolly and only a appliance dolly was available. I think U Haul needs to be more on top of what each facility actually has and when you reserve something, have it available. That leads to the facilities having to deal with the falout of unhappy customers.CHERYL S.
First I asked the guy to show us the truck we want to truck, he seemed not interested in that but then went on and showed us the truck. Since I was tight on schedule I didnt have time to look for another uhaul dealer so I chose to go ahead and take it. After finishing the whole rental process I was surprised that he gave me another truck different than the one he showed me and it had a huge dent on the driver door. I talked to him and he was not straight with me about the first truck, I then found out that another person rented that one. So I made sure with that the dent was on record and took it. After driving for a while Innoticed alot of air and wind noise comming from my door, very annoying. I then saw my driver door doesnt shut properly and the rubber seal is not touching the door, I can stock my finger in that gap between the door and the cabin. To keep things short, I couldnt stand it, just wanted to finish the move as quickly as possible and return it because the driving experience was the worse. First and last time to rent from Uhaul.OTHMAN A.
Have weekly inspection of vehicles to make sure they pass a safety inspection. The truck we had should have been pulled to fix the lights. The left brake light did not work and the light row on the top of the box had lights not workingMICHAELJ M.

We dropped off the truck and tried four times to log into the sitr to check in on line and failed. We were at the drop off location at 8:30 a.m. they didn't open until 10a.m. They were called to confirm drop off and tbey failed to call back.MICHAELJ M.

Person who is helping me to check out the truck was awful who doesn't know what's she doing at all, I did reserve the truck last year but the guy told me that you reserve yesterday, these people need a basic computer training, it took more that 40 minutes to check out the truck, don't recommend to go there at allâ˜¹ï¸â˜¹ï¸Khem B.

The truck itself was dirty the side door the drivers door would not close shut properly I guess from the accident that it had but when you got on the highway the door we shake and it was loud. Otherwise the location was fast the people were super nice like I said the only thing was the truck itself.Linda V.
Clean the back of the U-Haul before use as moving blankets were thrown about the back of the U-Haul also maintain the equipment as it would not shift properly and poorly idled also the drivers side door is in serious need of repair as it was leaking water while rainingDakota G.

I told them i wanted to drop off the truck . They told me they couldn't take it , because they didn't have the space to park it " they only had 3 trucks there " ! I don't think places like that should be a U-haul store ! It was only after i told them the truck i had was a danger to drive , that they told me i could park it there !ROBERT N.

The drop off spot in the parking lot was small and a bit difficult to pull the 15' truck into. However, the facility is clean and inviting, the personnel was nice and helpful, and the location is convenient.Mario P.

For in town moves I would suggest considering increasing the mileage allowance. In our case we could only use a 20 ft. Truc and it required several trips with each one way being 15 miles.CLIFFORD C.

The cab of the truck hadn't been wiped down since the last customer, and I know normally you guys don't do that but in today's pandemic, maybe it's a nice idea. The rental process took too long- the man said the iPad was broken and tried using his phone when I repeatedly said a woman at a diff location had used her computer. He ended up using the computer. I had also called earlier that day to reserve a truck and no one called me back. When I arrived at the store, he was sitting in the back - not returning calls. I'm glad I went by instead of waiting any longer. I don't think my call was going to be returned that day. I said the truck was well maintained and clean because the rear was spotless- but the cab was not.Depriest J.

The people at the store or the storage units were great even though they were not allowed to come within 6 feet they stayed far enough away and yet still helped because the online service and the phone calls service is terrible completely and utterly terrible, incompetent idiots answering the phone and a stupid incompetent website please fix it.it's a joke.!Charles H.

The office has to close up when they leave. I had to wait outside until I was served. I understand the reason since they don't have many staff working and they need to lock up while they tend to other customers outside.Joseph H.
