Agent at Swipe was very helpful. My only complaint relates to the UHaul on-line system. I was instructed to set up an account, but that account never recognized that I had a reservation or contract number. This was a major problem when attempting to return the vehicle after hours. On-line check out did not recognize me by name, phone number, or contract number. I received help from UHaul customer service and a very helpful after hours agent at the drop off location.mike W.

The computer system at U-Haul crashed the day that I rented the truck and so there was a lot of confusion and it was more time consuming than it should have been but Kevin is the best employee that U-Haul could ever have. I am not computer savvy I am old and he was so kind and patient and helpful I mean he is a godsendDanna M.
No explanation of anything at the location. Building was just empty office space with a random uhaul door that had weeks of mail piled up. No number to call and no person to help out. We had to call a nearby uhaul store to get an explanation of where the Dropbox was. Include better instructions around this location.Christopher M.
No instructions or help...I stumbled upon the drop off box after circling the parking lot for 20 minutes. It was hidden by trucks that had already been returned.Martin G.
The drop is not even a U-Haul office, The full address does not exist...there is an office building there. When I called the "store", they said drive to the back of the parking lot, back the truck in and walk over the orange box at the tree line and drop the keys in the box. That information should have been on the website of the instructions delivered to me for the return.Joseph W.
I reserved a truck 2 weeks in advance of my move. I reserved a 20 foot truck and was called the day of my move to be advised there was NO 20 foot truck available. While i was comped miles to allow for the multiple trips I am furious at how this was done. I had signed up for a in person pick up, the truck that I got rescheduled for that was smaller and took more trips was at a self service location. I was told to go online and sign in to my uhaul account for instructions on what to do. I was not told I needed to be near the truck, I did it from home to look up what to do because i didn't plan on self service and had no idea what to do. the lock was stuck, i was told if I can't get it open they would just cancel my reservaton ON MY MOVE DAY.!!! I hurt myself trying to open the lock as you had to apply extreme force to the switch and rock the lock back and forth at the same time to get it open. It took over an hour to get my stupid truck. I also opted for a one way rental but the customer service person that called to tell my that you could not meet the reservation that I had made in advance also set me up to return the truck tot he same place i rented it from. I had to spend my time and energy this morning after having to work on my move until 1am because the larger truck I needed was not available as promised when I made my advance reservation on the phone fixing it so that I could drop it off in the city I moved to. I have never been so frustrated in my life. I will never use UHaul again after this experience.Susie D.

I dropped the uhaul off next to the other uhaul and followed the instructions on the app. There was no suite 9 at the address mentioned. I don't think this location has any people that work there it's all remote.James W.

We had a horrible experience. We rented a 15 ft truck to be picked up at a specific location,got there, no truck even though our confirmation text said it was there. We got to the next location, no truck, Drove 25 more minutes to the second location, the said truck was still out being used by someone else and would not be back in that day. We had driven three hours to pick up a reserved truck, had been to two locations , and no truck, no alternative either. My husband then drove 35 minutes back to the location in which we were moving his mother, 35 minutes back with no truck. I then called uhaul, she offered me a truck in Manassas, like what, I'm in Chesterfield, no thanks. Finally she found a 10 ft truck in the same are location where we were sent to pick up the last truck. Finally we had something. Because of the smaller truck we had to leave behind some of her good things because we had no room. Even after talking with customer service, we were not given any reason as to how this could happen or offered any type of compensation for our troubles. We will never use uhaul again. It was a complete disservice from the beginning. We will make sure others know as well.Jason H.
The locks were apparently installed the day before we picked up the keys and the lock that we were supposed to open to get our key was EXTREMELY hard to open. My husband and I tried forever and eventually had to call the office to let them know we couldn't open it. He stayed on with us for a while, getting us to try different combinations, but they didn't work. He eventually let us borrow another truck - he was SUPER nice and helpful. Only after we confirmed the new truck and got in, did my husband finally figure out how to get the lock to open - he had to use his pliers to pry the bar to go to the right. It was a VERY hard lock to open - recommend another type of lock because our fingers were hurting after. But the man in the office was super nice and helpful and understanding!Karen E.

The customer service was so horrible and unprofessional. The guy smelled like weed. He was on his cell phone the whole time on a personal call. He was 45 mins late to come to the property. He lied and said some lady called me for something which I had no idea what he was talking about because no lady called me. He was combative saying when I ordered uhaul online I chose the wrong location bc the location I chose was a one way location which online gave me the option to choose this location. I will never order rent or anything from uhaul or at least this one. This guy needs to be fired.Aiyana B.
