GRANT H.The contract was not correct for the move we requested. When the representative was advised the move was out of town he said it would be fine but it wasn't. Make sure customers reviews the paperwork before printing the contract so issues on returns don't happen.

I was informed the original charge when I picked up the U-Haul would be credited back to my account and the second charge when I dropped off the U-Haul would stick on my credit card. This was not the case. Both charges stuck and on top of this, I was informed it would be 40 cents per mile and it was actually $1 per mile. I do not recommend U-Haul and will never use their services again.

Gordon T.I was given a truck that was low on oil, no air conditioner, was told I would have a truck in el Reno and then had to drive an extra hour to pick one up on a 16th if a tank of gas. Then I was told I had to refill it to a quarter of a tank of gas or I would charged $6 per gallon. I left it with almost a half of tank of gas and didn't see any reimbursement for fuel expense as I was told.

Joe S.This was my fifth time moving with U-Haul, and I've never been so upset. I reserved a 9' ft cargo van. When I arrived to pick it up, Chance said it had not been returned by the previous renter. I instead had to take a 10 ft box truck and was charged significantly more, even though I did not want a larger vehicle. I think when equipment is not ready to use, U-Haul employees should honor their $50 reservation guarantee. I was even charged $.20 extra per mile for having to take a larger truck that I didn't feel as comfortable driving. When I mentioned the $50 guarantee to Chance, he said that it only applies if there is no equipment available in the entire state of Oklahoma at all. I find that hard to believe. If that's true, the guarantee needs to be worded differently. I will not be using U-Haul again, as long as I can help it. This was overall a bad experience.

Karwn A.I towed my car from Houston to OKC. When I turned the equipment in, my car was dead and needed to be jumped so I could take it off the tow dolly. The employees at this location explained that they couldn't use a truck to help, and that they also couldn't use their personal vehicles because they were on “company timeâ€. I spent over $1000 on the truck and moving supplies only to be told that if I wanted help, I would have to call the roadside assistance number despite being literally at the Uhaul store. I want whoever reads this to do their best to put themselves in my shoes and think about the customer service I received after spending $1000 with this company. I sincerely hope someone calls those employees and explains to them what customer service is. They need it. Badly.

Also, the initial reservation was for a 26 ft truck and I was called the night before to change my reservation over to a 20ft truck. I didn't mind that but I did mind that my requests of 2 dolly's were not transferred.

The one I go to is about between 5-7 miles away and that's where we go.. That must tell you something about the store on 39th Expwy.... They're very awesome....
