Prior to coming to this storage facility, I had a below average experience. From picking up my truck and it not being available, to being hung up on by customer service staff and problems with the equipment, I was definitely not pleased. However, EVERYONE at this facility was TOP NOTCH. They were caring and attentive. I felt like I was the only customer in the world. However, I witnessed them give that top notch service to other customers. Brandon, Nia and ESPECIALLY LA NINA, the manager all treated my family with extreme care. By the time I got to the facility, I was in tears but when I left, I felt encouraged that there are still kind people in the world. The truck could be cleaner. I was using the mobile login, and started the process at 6:35pm. At the location, as I was finishing the login, I was advised to get the key from inside at 6:53pm, but the UHaul doors were locked. The mailman was waiting as well. I finally got the person to open the door to get the key at 7:03pm. Otherwise, it was simple.LYNN M.

Friendly and helpful service at this location! For customers who has not rented Uhaulâ€˜s before, there is a process for locating the vehicle you reserved and it is sometimes not at the location you originally request to pick up at, but they indicated it will be within 20 miles of your requested location. They called to confirm where to pick up the vehicle 2 days in advance. And ended up being only 7 miles from the original location we requested. No issues with the equipment, it was easy to load and unload.Betsy T.

Expect emergency sometime and help customers when they need for example to extend one or two days without extra fees. I had an emergency and they didn't help me to decrease some of the fees and I paid extra 400$Saber A.

You took $300 that was not authorized and emptied my checking account just as my bills were due. How do you think I feel? Furious that's how! Are you gonna cover my extra expenses due to this discrepancy? If it effects my credit score are you gonna fix that? Because it well may. Schedules have had to be changed ,plans altered,time wasted. I booked online. Declined all additional services, entered credit card and checked in online. At counterI had to decline insurance AGAIN and when price came up it was DOUBLE. When asked it was because it was 19 MINUTES before the reservation time I requested and I was being charged for additional 24 hours. I pointed out I didn't have the equipment yet but would gladly return it within 24 hours. Return time had to be manually adjusted 15 minutes. Nuts.Walter D.

I was not informed by the employees at this location on how to return a rental after hours. I was to rerun the truck by 10pm but actually returned to around 7:45pm. There were several other people returning their equipment as well and none of us had a clue on how to return or where to put the keys. We helped each other basically the blind leading the blind. That mean no one at the location took time to explain to at least 3 customers on how to return the rental after hours. With being said I was doubled charged for the rental. I called 3 times today 06/27/22 was placed on hold for long period of time only to promised that a manager would call me back. She never did so I called back around 6:30 pm. Once I was finally able to get the Mgr on the phone she talked over me wouldn't let me speak and then hung up in my face. I called back and was talking to a very nice gentleman explaining to him how I was just treated by that time I am in tears. She then snatched the phone from the professional person I was speaking with and proceeded to yell and accused me of being irate and ranting. When she is the person that was irate. The person Uhaul has managing that store should not be in a leadership role. She escalated a complaint when she should've been trying to offer a solution and a refund. I would like someone from corporate to give me a call to help resolved the overcharge. And I would like to be treated like a human being. I am going to make so much noise regarding my experience until Uhaul removed that Mgr. She came to the phone ready to fight and argue with someone that was giving Uhaul business and their hard earned money. Please listen to the call and u will know that what I am saying is the truth. The automated message on Uhaul line states all calls are recorded. And Inwould like a copy of that call. Again I will not quit until there is a satisfactory resolution and a apology from that manager. Her unprofessionalism is deplorable and unwarranted. I don't understand how someone can treat a customer not just but another human being that way. I have never cried as hard as w did today after that phone call with the person you have in charge of leading your store. Where is the accountability. The address is incorrect for this location. When typed into maps it took me to a location about 10 minutes away from the actual UHAUL location. I called the location and asked if the address contained a NE in it and she associate told me no, however it does. When I dropped off my UHAUL 40 minutes early I was told I was "good to go", then at 4:20 I get a phone call asking when I will be returning the UHAUL because I was 20 minutes past due time even though I had already returned the truck an hour ago.Andrea D.

The U-haul company as a whole has no clue what is going on between stores or parts of the company that handle issues. My reservation was moved last minute after I ordered it online a week in advance. Only to have it set to a location by the Scheduling manager for my region to a location that was CLOSED the day I needed it to move. Ridiculous, get your act together. Also, communicating between phone services, they send you off and you have to explain your situation 4 times to different people.Daniel G.

This is a top notch U-Haul facility. The staff is professional and timely in responding to communications. And the facility is modern. It always clean, well lit, easily accessible, smells good, quiet and room temperature. I was a bit concerned when I had to get a unit on the 2nd level but once I actually drove around to the unit, it was street level from the side street and had 2 garage doors for loading/unloading regardless of weather conditions.Shanita E. | Overall Experience
Bait and switch. I lined up a truck and free storage for a month and did not get the truck I wanted at the time I needed it. I stayed because of the one month free rent which I found was not a true offer and the unit I got has a building column in it reducing the square footage. This has all been put online as well. Whoever the assistant manager there should definitely be fired. She harassed us the entire time we were trying to break the lock off our storage unit. This lady was rude, condescending, unhelpful, unprofessional, and had the nerve to run up on us with two other employees. The other two employees were no help. The assistant manager made threats to us our whole stay and also threatened to call there cops on us after we called a locksmith to help us due to them being completely useless! My experience with Uhaul was the worst. Moving is already stressful and my horrible experience added to this stress. The storage unit I was given was roach infested and I was accused of bringing them with me which is not the case otherwise I wouldn’t have complained about them. I was then initially told I had to move my stuff out of the unit after I paid a company to move it in. After complaining about the situation, the manager there worked with me and reassured me she would take care of it. I appreciate everything that she did to make the experience less stressful and she was very helpful in getting my things moved to another unit while I was out of the country. However, the moving company that they hired destroyed my TV stand in the process. I can only get to my unit during ‘operating hours.’ I stopped by the front desk in the first couple of days and was told that online move-ins are rarely able to complete properly and that corporate would need to fix my code as it all looked right in the system here.
