I want to take the time to explain my rating. The manager of the place on St Louis is wonderful, helpul. She takes the time to listen to the People and their needs and fix the problems. But ..their is big gestion problem higher in the compagny. It was a really stressfull moment with all of the problems that happen for our truck and our storage unit. Also i would like to send a formal complaint against an employé of that store. His name is Christopher. He was really rude, disrespectfull and didnt even want to call his supervisor to fix a situation. He shouldnt work with the public if he is not respectfull. He even said to us that it wasnt his problem if we were stupide enough to move into that storage , that should not be a value of your compagnie. I hope this man has big conséquences for what he did. this is the worst place to go, bad customer service, invoice was already paid in full in Ottawa the front desk employee charged me again full price instead of the agreement i had and that was on file. only 1 front desk employee both days on the 22 and 23 of July this is un acceptable also the waiting time is ridiculous. Even after my complaints years ago still the same issues. so why bother to ask if nothing will change? lack of customer service experience and lack of personel they need training on customer service and how to deal with customers like me that spent more then 3 hrs to have my rental after booking for 1 month prior to my moving. If i had the choice to choose between your compagny and another one i would never choose U-Haul nor recommendCaroline L.

Put equipment (blankets) in vehicle like you stated you would. Exterior of truck was very dirty, very difficult to see marks or damage. Back of truck was dirty. Can was clean. Drop-off was very smooth but no reimbursement or confirmation of final account by email has arrived yet. I was advised that since kilometer usage was half of what I estimated, my credit card would be properly billed instead of just the deposit of the full amount. Van was parked in less obvious place and difficult to assess state of interior when van is parked so close to wall.Monica D.

Upon returning our rental, there was no clear procedure on how to proceed. I waited in line inside the warehouse to be told after 10 min. to go outside so that a staff member can accept our return. This should have been explained to us upon registering our rental.Eric B.

(Different location) Wait times for pickup was 1hr 15 minutes so that's something that could change. But all in all, Melanie saved my business with you. The reservation was not client service orientated. I was hung up on and transferred into the â€œqueueâ€ to wait for 45 min. This was done 4 times waiting 4 hours total. They wanted me to originally pick up the uhaul in the USA ( please keep in mind the Covid protocols where in place as well ). It was finally arranged that I had a truck but the reservation was for a 10' but received a 26' truck 12 hours before. I had no choice but to use this which doubled my gas usage reflecting in a list of money. Extremely unhappy with the service and reservation options. I recommend you fix your reservation options to your clientsPhil W.

Or...to make it easy for EVERYONE, you should have a concierge that takes EVERY client to their perspective units for the first time. C'était très bien ! Le seul point négatif a été le jour de la sortie où j'ai dû attendre 1h15 (dont 45 minutes dehors au froid) en ligne pour fermer le compte. Je sais que ce n'est pas de votre faute qu'il y avait plusieurs clients en même temps, mais ça reste que l'expérience finale a été désagréable de mon côté...
