If their job requirements are to have zero personality they nailed it. There wasn't anyone including the supervisor that displayed average customer service. I have used U-Haul services at many different locations and this location is the absolute worst, If you're sincere about improving for not only your next customer but all customers moving forward start with your customer service. Marquis W.I will never use the UHaul boxes ever again. Both time I had issues with the deliver of my goods after they arrived to my city. Both times they "lost" my boxes for a day or two and then delivered them late. I will not recommend using this service to anyone. I thought the first time was a one off because of my location in a small town. But when I moved to Houston it was even worse. I took a day off work drove around town to find my boxes.

wesley J.U haul reservation process is horrible. I was waiting for a follow up call to finish my reservation but never got a call . The day of pickup I dropped by a random U-Haul place Shreveport North Market and the Mgr Tyler . Looked up my reservation and advise me there was no truck reserved it never got assigned. I had called the day before 3 times and they kept saying someone would call and never did. The original reservation was at the Barksdale U-Haul location in Bossier City. Thanks to Tyler he was able to find the size truck I needed.Thanks to Tyler going over and beyond and excellent customer service allowed me to get a truck and move on schedule

Lois T.The start of my experience was EXCELLENT!! However my checkout could have been better. The customer service rep was nice but quiet. Meaning he was at the computer processing the checkout and not talking to me to 1) let me know what he was doing 2) to ensure the transaction was correct BEFORE completing it. Needless to say there was an error. The more experienced CSR walked him through how to correct the issue, but now my card has been charged too much on the first transaction-a return processed on the second transaction & the correct amount charged on the third transaction. The paperwork is in order but my account is now in the red and anything else I had planned to do uusing that card on that day now has to be delayed until my financial institutions' system processes everythong. Yes having more money would be the perfect answer to something like this, however getting it RIGHT the FIRST TIME would've been pretty good too.

I had my kids with me and as we was trying to return our truck we seen staff members smoking weed out in the open bu the return center, loud vulgar music was playing, my kids heard all the inappropriate music an smelled the weed smoke. I was very upset. When i returned my truck that was sitting on the lot all day because we was waiting on our movers. We was charged a extra 58.00 dollars because the truck was not unloaded. No other customers had that truck reserved so to get charged a extra day was very unreasonable. We were talked to by the staff and the store manger in a very unprofessional manner. I will never spend money at this company again.
