I arrived at my appointed time and had to wait because the employee was late. The truck was filthy and everyone was moving at a snails pace. The car transport getting connected is a scam. They never told me it was 20 dollars so imagine my surprise at an expected expense. This is the worst uhaul location I've ever been to and want my money back honestly.CHRISTIAN S.

We were inside the office about 10-15 minutes prior to staff arriving to help us. The printer paper needed to be refilled so we could have a paper copy of our rental. The vehicle did have a used water bottle that was eventually removed by staff.Mortin O.

I had to return to U-Haul to get the trailer lights hooked to my truck as this was not done prior to me leaving with trailer. The trailer had trash and rocks and what looked like animal(dog) feces in the trailer well at least I'm hoping it was an animal. I did not meet the desired deadline of reasoning for me renting the trailer however, because of this issue I was given an extra day with trailer. I really wished it was a smoother transition for me to prevent hurdles when I originally rented the trailer. But it is what it is..Melody S.

When I picked up the truck I turned the electrical on the tank was at 1/4. I accepted the online portion of the contract. However when I turned the engine over the tank was at empty and I ran out of gas a few blocks away. There wasn't even enough gas to get to the nearest station. I believe this location has vandals that siphon gas. The employees were great, but more checks should be done on the vehicles so people can have enough gas to make it to a gas station.Bridgette K.

Was told my credit card on file would be charged instead of my Son's who actually picked up the U-Haul. I left town if your company would have told me the truth I could have stayed one day to take care of the payment I'm very upset and this did not need to happen as it did The customer service was not there. I definitely will not use your company after my next scheduled trailer pick up. I have 3 more needs for a trailer, but I will find and use either Penske or Budget. Your customer service sucked big time today from start to finish. Someone was to meet me outside to hook up my trailer. I honked and waited over 10 minutes to a point where I walked back inside to find three employees sitting behind the desk laughing and having a good time. And when I asked, they seemed I bothered them. Then on returning the truck and an item, an employee said she couldn't return it because another employee was busy, but not with a customer. Well first off it took me about 45 mins to get the front desk.. I got there 15 mins earlier but there was only one person helping people at the front desk. Finally when I got my rental the truck I ordered was not available because about 6 trucks were broken into and had there gas and batteries stolen .. I had to get a smaller truck and I was still charged the same price and got my rental 1 1/2 hours later.. the people tried there best to help but I was to frustrated to be happy. I h e been here before and this is the worst experience I have had by far. You can tell employees hate working they stated it was not the first time this happened to them but about the 3rd or 4th time. What a terrible way to run a uhaul businessJuventino S.

Truck I rented had less than a quarter of take of gas as soon as I pulled out of the uhaul lot gas warning light came on panicking to find a near by gas station made it put $50.00 for about 20 miles and returned truck was dirty window had to be cleaned before I could drive awaySteven E.

No improvement on customer service is needed. Service was very friendly and professional. The pickup truck was rented to me dirty and only 1/4 tank of fuel, Contract states truck had a full tank. A photo was taken of fuel level at time of rental. Exterior of truck grill and windshield had dead bugs and possibly mud on driver side from the previous rental.Darren A.

All vehicles should be checked for compromised fuel tanks prior to customer pickup. Fuel tank had be tampered with which according to associates and roadside assistance is a common concern. Fuel leak required use of roadside assistance and could have been a very bad situation had we not been going downhill for most of our trip. I made a contact to the corporate office and never received any type of call back or correspondence. Very disappointed in the customer service dept of Uhaul.Jeff J.

The final drop off location out of 3 was fine. I wasn't able to drop the trailer off at the first two. They were closed and signs said do not drop off equipment after hours. It took a couple more hours than I wanted. And driving around looking for the places wasn't any fun.Michael C.

This particular Uhaul provides some of the absolute best customer service. I have rented here a few times before and each time I do I receive great service. I would like to mention one employee in particular. Edwin is such a delight! He is very professional, friendly, personable, and EXTREMELY helpful. This move was a difficult one for us because it was due to my elderly disabled mother receiving unfair treatment and being forced out of her home without proper cause. Edwin listened to me vent and was empathetic, still providing the service that I needed in a timely manner. He even remembered me upon my return. Edwin went beyond his job description and provided me with a great experience. I will definitely be renting here again.Andrea R.

I was one of their clients since April I went in I was told that made mean how to get paid I don't know what the month and it was 3/4 by 8 which is a hundred something but they brought up a bill that was about 500 from number one day I've been having a hard time where they have stoled my phone they stoled a price list things that were in there and only they had you know like it to them cuz I didn't have a lock so the last time I wanted to get my stuff and one of the gentleman trying to become a supervisor very very very Dishonored me broke broke me into pieces it's just respecting me call me on my name is that now he even have my left arm off. I moved out of the facility 3 weeks after renting it and informed uhaul.com, I then received a notice that my next payment was due I called spoke to uhaul representative who stated a note/message would be sent to this location and let them know to close my account out. 3 weeks later I get a late notice.
