this location needs to take more than 5 seconds to actually clean the vehicle top to bottom and service it as needed. I paid thousands for a cab filled with dog hair, trash, cockroaches, and wiper blades that were so old that they painted the windshield black in the middle of a rain storm. I would never suggest this location to anyone; not even my worst enemy.Alec V.

Poor ... reservation was confirmed and the desk agents told me that someone else had it for later in the day, and that I could not rent it. I was incredibly polite, and asked why ... to which they replied that I could have the trailer. Then ... when I returned it (four hours later, and one hour early), the man working there says 'I heard you gave my wife a hard time, that's not cool'. U-Haul ... you did not honor my reservation, and the man working there (Gerald?) then harassed me. Absolutely horrid experience. I'll be disputing the charge and potentially pursuing further follow-up based on the harassment.Jason C.

On June 28th I made a reservation to rent a 20' truck from Saturday June 23rd-Monday June 25th. I made this reservation far in advance, using the website, in order to make my move less stressful. This did not make my move less stressful. I specifically picked certain pick up and drop off locations in order to minimize the price I had to pay. My quoted price came to around $260, I received a $50 discount because of the pick up and dropoff locations that I chose even though they were out of the way. The DAY BEFORE I was scheduled to pick up my uhaul I received a phone call from a representative informing me that the 20' truck I reserved was no longer available, even though I reserved it a month ago. I specifically ordered the 20' truck because the 26' truck was too big for me to store at my previous home in Tallahassee Florida. The representative told me that there were no 20' trucks available and I would receive the 26' truck for no additional fees. The next day (Saturday, July 23rd) I went into the new pick up location, which was significantly further than my original location I reserved to pick up my truck. Not only did I see a fleet of other 20' trucks but I was also informed that my new price for the truck would be over $400. When I informed the representative at my pick up location of my situation, he shrugged it off and proceeded to say that he couldn't do anything about it and I would need to pay the $400 if I wanted the truck. While driving the truck down to move my stuff out I noticed the speedometer did not work, however we were instructed to fill the gas up to a certain amount or we would be charged a fee. We had to spend a significant amount of money to ensure the gas levels were correct at pick up and we weren't charged even more. When I dropped the truck off (1 day early) on Monday July 25th, I informed the representative of my situation and still couldn't get any of my money back. This has been a ridiculous experience that has wasted my time and money. I did everything on my end to do this properly and it has been handled poorly throughout the entire reservation process. I feel scammed and would like to know what you guys are prepared to do about it.Joseph K.

Gabi was friendly & professional so 5 stars for her however there was a "tire maintenance needed" notification on the dashboard but since I was in a rush & only had 10 miles total to drive I checked the tires myself & felt confident I would be safe which I was and am.KATE D.

Dropped my truck off a day early. Asked the gentleman if I needed anything and if I would get comps for dropping off a day early. He said no that it was a flat rate for one way. This was July 9th at 1pm. Monday I get an email from uhaul with an extra charge of $56 for supposedly dropping off my uhaul a day late on July 10th at 3:52 pm. I called the location and they fought with me about this and then told me to call the 1800 number for help. Of course i could never get through. This is highly unprofessional and makes me never want to use uhaul again. The more frustrating part is it's my word against there's and the fact I know nothing will get done about this. U-Haul's investments in technology continually improve the experience. Value-wise, I don't know how you would beat U-Haul when you need a truck or trailer for a short period of time. Even supplies are price competitive.RICHARD C.
