U haul network seemed cumbersome. Location was very efficient but seems as i was delayed picking up my reserved vehicle i called 800# to be bounced twice til â€˜Cindy''. She made several attempts to work the system to correct pickup time (after hours) but was unable. Without generating â€˜mobile response' i coukd not get code to lock box and had to wait until next am when location got me in/out on new reservation. While location was responsive/positive and CS agent Cindy was cordial & caring. I lost valuable hrs when I couldve loaded up. 24/7 mobile response unit was not responsive. CS could not access/ generate code to get me on my way. Unfortunately. But I managed to get my materials to my event and had a nice,albeit less spectactular, event. At 73 yrs, i find technology less capable than human interaction. Empowering employees is key, programming AI cannot replace human connection in fulfilling human needs/wants. Humans are individualâ€” algorithms apply to mass consensus not allowing for distinctions nor specific aberrations. Your People functioned admirably, your network computers less so.JACQUELINE M.

Not much. Just the fuel level was initially less than what was declared and the gas cap was out. But it was addressed immediately by the Franchisee upon after the issue was brought up. Overall it was a good experience.Arnold C.

Location went above and beyond. I made reservations in my for another location. Uhaul changed it. We went there. But despite being on time location rented it to another- actually in front of us. They had an issue of how long it was rented and said they'd never give us one but for four hours only. We heard it and the others in front laughed at us as they wanted it four hours and got one without a reservation. My three day rental lady said I could come back and get it four four hours when they were done. Uhaul loves me to this location who couldn't use reservation but the employee and manager helped extend it after I left. I wasted hours and mileage and time getting it and couldn't get dolly rented either. Sad when you rent ahead and uhaul itself changed me to a place that refused and another location, this was, helped so much. But the stress of the move and trip after driving 19 hours and getting in 1.30 the night before to be treated so bad made the move a nightmare. Thank you to the salesman and manager for helping when others let us down so bad.Tanya D.

Interior was clean but had a funky odor, like old vaping residue. Exterior was not clean. Love-bug season is now. Van should be serviced for wheel, steering, and break alignment. The van pulls to the right while driving, and one time needed to hit the breaks fairly hard and the van pulled to the right very strongly. Times are tight financially, and when I asked for a refund or discount because I had provided more fuel upon return, the answer was a sarcastic no.JEANNE E M.

The U-Haul online check-in and return online services are terrible. We are glad someone was on-site to help us out. The customer service on this location (forgot the lady's name working Saturday morning) was amazing! We were in and out in less than 5 minutes. The truck was dirty inside. The truck was barely running. We were afraid it wouldn't even make it to our destination. We called uhaul and they said the only thing we could do was call roadside assistance if it really broke down. No compensation for the problem and we were told we couldn't drop it off at a different location closer. I wouldn't use uhaul again.Kirstin L.

Wojos has the best customer service! Greats staff. I've rented from them 20 or so times now. However the truck which is not maintained by them was not good. The inside cargo area leaked in multiple places causing many of my boxes to be damaged. When braking, the whole truck went hard right. The steering was extremely loose.Jonathan H.

Before we left the pick up site we tried to open the back room door but we could not get it to unlock. The office closed and staff left before we could tell them. So we were stuck with an unusable truck for Saturday and Sunday. We thought it best to drop the key off in the drop box. Your records will show zero mileage. We cancelled the visa payment and don't expect to be charged under these conditions. Thank you.THOMAS F.

While the equipment was clean, it was old. The latch on the back door kept giving problems. We had to go back to the agent to get him to help with closing the door. Additionally, the app for checking out (not the agent's fault) just would not work. I took pictures of the dashboard about 10 times but they would not upload to allow me to complete the process online. I returned the truck last night at about &;30 p.m. The stated mileage on the receipt is correct but the gas contents are wrong - I left it at between 7/8 and the other marker to the right.Paul W.
