richard hI am currently taking photos of the back end of the truck for tomorrow’s viewing. I accidentally pressed the X and then it would not longer allow me to edit where I left off on the vehicle. Overall great service.
TY NThe van was dirty, smelled like urine and was sticky. I stopped as soon as I left the pick up and got clorox wipes to clean it up enough to stand to be in it. It was pouring down rain and I literally had to lower tbe windows as often as I could because of the stench. Glad it wasn't too hot because I had to turn off the vents because the smell was even worse coming from those. The low tire indicator was on and when I asked the lady inside about it she told me "it's been like that for a year, don't worry about it" the van was no where near the condition it was in for the pics on file. There was less gas than it said it was supposed to have in it. I won't be renting from that location again. I had no other choice on short notice, didn't have time to find another option. Only had it for a couple hours and I had to go home and basically dispose of the clothing I was wearing. All I hauled was a single piece of bulky furniture. Also the app crashed about 5 times while trying to pick up and a couple more times on drop off.

Jon BAlthough the staff were welcoming and friendly, I waited twenty-two minutes before being serviced. The owner or manager was airing a live Facebook post for the other business (Amazon Bin) that also occupied the same location. The only reason I did not complain or leave was because I did not have the time to find another U-Haul location.

Rosalyn WOnly rating average, nothing about the experience would make me seek out the location first. Not that it was bad, but nothing above and beyond to rate higher. My normal location of choice, which has the largest fleet on hand in the area, was not available since the majority of their fleet was deadlined for service issues.

Leah MI saw Darrell Shepard and he was super friendly and he sent me to the Ten Spot and they were super friendly too. It was an easy transaction that had me on the road and moving in no time and the van was very nice and easy to drive. 1000% satisfied.
candace cThe worker was busy with customers in her Hinesville Amazon store. She said the gas was on empty, and said to Just take a picture and return it empty. (We did not do that). Also- the door had a problem closing, and she couldn’t do anything to help. Also- this was not the location our email or texts told us to go. We were supposed to go to 8810 Abercorn in Savannah. The worker then told us our truck was at the 485 Jimmy DeLoach site. But- no one at DeLoach was responding to my calls…or… Uhaul dealer calls. So uhaul sent me to Hinesville. 50 miles away! We spent so much time and gas with this mix up. Even the uhaul customer rep said she didn’t see any emails or text communication to us about where we should go and get the truck. So distressing, since we were on a timeline with movers loading the truck.
