My experience was nothing but a hassle because of U-Haul. The automated system sucks and does not help the consumer. What happened to good customer service and having face-to-face representatives available on-site during busy moving days (Saturdays)? I had to do everything myself, and I had to call your customer service 800 number to be placed on hold for a very long time. I had to pay my moving help $170 extra to stay longer due to U-Haul's antiquated ways of doing business. Moving is stressful enough, now U-Haul has made it harder. Every time I have to rent a U-Haul truck, it seems that U-Haul has found backward ways to make the experience poor.

Then I found the other set of instructions that said to go to the website, take pictures of the gas gauge, odometer, and insides of the truck. Hard to do with it locked.

Jimmie SeitsingerI was given 10 blankets instead of 12... he opened 2 plastic wrapped bundles of 6 - counted out 6 from the first bag and four from the second bag. I thought it was 12 for $10, but at the time I was thinking maybe it was only 10 for $10. At least I was not charged for missing blankets upon return.
