The area in which you pick up the vehicle is in mud and returning in the dark is difficult at best . The lighting was very poor and the vehicle parking area needs at least to have gravel . Never again will I rent from there

using uhaul was an AWFUL experience. We originally planned to pick up the truck in Huntsville, Texas. They contacted us before moving day and said we had to go to Conroe, which we agreed with (even though we later found that other places in Huntsville had trucks so not super happy about that). So moving day comes and we are supposed to pick up the truck at 10 am. At 9:50 am, they call us and say "we don't have your truck." We got up early to drive from Dallas and they didn't have the truck. The woman said they never had it so they didn't know why uhaul sent us here. So then we had to go OUT OF OUR WAY to go to a THIRD location who wouldnt answer a phone so we drove without fully knowing if they would have a truck. It was the WORST experience. It was so unorganized and it was like nobody talked to anybody to make sure we were set. we even got an email saying our truck was GUARANTEED in conroe at 10 am. I dont know what they were guaranteeing but it wasnt our truck. Uhaul sent us an email just with our new location...no apology or anything. WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER

I contacted the location for directions how to get to their facility and the attendant was rude on the phone. She hung up on me before the directions were clear.

The lady on the phone April changed my rental from local to one way so my fee is more than it should be. $29.95 a day with 60 miles included and $.49 a mile after that, not $.99 a mile. Need a call about that.
