Engine light was on . The ac only worked half the time if at all the trailer light kept going on and off by it's self and I never was pulling a trailer. The truck did not have a ramp even tho one was supposed to be on the truck so I thought and ask for.. me being disabled I had hired help and they had great problems loading the truck without one. I returned the truck a day early .. was unable to use the truck due to no ramp and the safety issue of the engine light being on. Was refunded a small amount and it did not cover the amount paid for hired help and the extra hours I had to pay them due to them taking longer to get the truck loaded without a ramp and then had to hire again for the next day to finish my more with different means of moving appliances and large couch ..Debra S.

None of the items that I ordered with the truck, blankets, dollys, appliance dolly, furniture dolly. We're in the truck when I picked it up at 6am. I had to drive back to the place to get the items . This was an 90 mile round trip !!!!!!!! The ladies were nice to me, but it was 90 mile as AND gas, and my time wasted.Lisa H.

Truck had mud splatter front wheel wells. WAs told 3/8 of a tank of gas but it barely had 1/4. Was not swept before we had it. We swept it even thought we had nothing dirty. Came back with over 3/8s and was charged $12 in gas. I almost came back in to point it out but I thought it would be petty and I was in a hurry. Charged for 3 gallons really? Also, thought the first 50 miles were free.....Rynda E.

The location listed was not the preferred pick up location. When I got there it was closed (but was supposed to be open). I had trouble with the truck share access, and no one was there to ask or help. I had to call U-Haul and wait. The mileage listed was not the correct mileage on the truck at pickup.Cameron G.

I would recommend 129 Storage LLC to everyone!!! I used this location 2 years ago and then 2 times within the last month. Connie goes above and beyond to help with your U-haul needs. She did all the legwork for me all 3 times. I just called her and told her what I needed and she was on it. Connie is the best. You will not be disappointed and will not have to worry about anything. She takes care of all of the details and leaves no stone unturned!!!TAMMY N.

I would recommend this location to friends. It appeared that the reservation wasnot relayed to this location. My name did not appear on their computer. They apparently did not have a unit reserved for me, but they searched and found one the right size. My overall experience was OK, but I experienced several delays along the way.MARIO P.

The check in process remotely was clunky. I had to restart it several times b/c the page kept requesting that I share my location even though I did so every time. An otherwise simple process that should take 5 min, took me over 30 min.Hugh C.

Lock stuck a little and was difficult to open and the checking process was frustrating while I was waiting to get into the truck. My location was also changed 4 times in a week. After all of that was straightened out, Connie was great and I would definitely recommend working with her.Kyle W.
The rental contract provided only a contact phone number of the drop off location. It was very hard to find out an address as we had to drop off the car hauler on a day that the drop off center was closed. Put an address of the drop off location on the contract.STEVE W.

I was told that if I returned the truck earlier & used less miles than quoted I would receive a refund. I made every effort to make the move from GA, unload and return the truck in less than 48 hrs so I could get a refund only to learn I was informed incorrectly. Staff should not give this false info but other than that, the staff was extremely kind & helpful. The uhaul was clean and well maintained. Overall, I am thankful for the availability of this location & uhaul.Mela K.

I hooked the trailer myself although they were perfectly willing to do it for me. It had some damage from a previous user but the lady came out and marked it for me so I wouldn't get blamed for it.Clark R.

I ordered the truck and car hauler from Dahlonega two weeks in advance. 4 days before I was going to get it they called and said they wasn't going to have it. They said I had to go 17 miles out of my way to get it. The place I did get it didn't give me much instruction about how everything in the truck worked as far as the buttons on the dash ect. Ithey were very unprofessional. With the extra travel caused my schedule to be way off. I wouldn't want to rent anything from either one of the sites. If I was the first site I would of got the equipment brought to the original site. They had two weeks and promised me it would be there.
