I was charged $25 for a cleaning fee for not folding furniture pads, when I asked if I needed to do anything with the furniture pads I tossed in the back after a 12 hour drive and moving a 3 bedroom house.
Owner /Manager Dan super professional and friendly. Happy to resolve a challenge I had with mis shipped supplies from corporate . Definitely would recommend!
Mobile check-in was horrendous, took 30 minutes to complete the check in. Driver side floor board was muddy. Truck needed front in alignment and tires balanced. Steering wheel was caulked 30° to the right while going straight and vehicle vibrated about 50 mph
Closed with little information posted returned within 12 hours and charged 3 days - no one answers the phone until well over 30 minutes - will use a different moving company for now on
This is an excellent UHaul facility. The drop off couldn't have any better. The personnel are very professional and the checkin was very efficient & quick. This facility is relatively new and is extremely well designed for all UHaul services. All of the parking is concrete and easily accessible for trailer movements. I highly recommend this establishment.
I don't appreciate when the representative stopped in the middle of helping me to rent someone else a truck! Incredibly rude and horrible customer service.

Office was clean. Staff friendly. Equipment easy to back up to & hook up. Somehow, my dropoff location got changed... that was the only hassle.

National customer (service over the phone) booking scheduled 75 extra days rather than 75 extra miles because we had a distance to pick up the truck at. Because of this we couldn't get the vehicle insured because if was over $1000. Luckily nothing happened. Not this location. Your hotline staff.
Charged me for a late drop off when I dropped off on Saturday (picked up Thursday) since they weren't open on the weekend. Charged me for a cleanup after I swept out the back.
The lady that helped was so so friendly and it was super easy to return the uhaul.
This location and experience was easily the best we have ever had!! The location is clean and nice and easy to get in and out of. Dave was friendly and helpful. The equipment was perfect.

Thankful for the extra service! We needed this on a different day and they switched it over and opened up early on a day usually not open and gave us a great deal.
