Rodney MThere was no clear direction at the drop off. A person near the trucks said to drive down a dirt road and look for an office. The phone number for the location was not receiving calls, the gate to the road was locked. 4 hours later we tried again, the gate was open, and no one had a reason for not answering the phone. Will not use U-Haul ever again.
lisa mGreat location. Super friendly and easy to find. truck ran great, was clean and there was plenty of room at the location.... But please note - - I Only achieved 6.4 mpg with fully loaded 26' towing a small car on trailer and driving mainly highway and I drove it gentle.

Sandi CThere was a big U-Haul sign on the road and a bunch of trailers parked in the grass. No clear signage showing where the U-Haul office was, no directions on where to park the equipment, didn’t see any people around. I was concerned I didn’t drop the equipment off at the right place on the lot

Larry PThe truck was filthy and on empty when I picked it up. It was pouring down rain and nothing was connected to the truck and the staff refused to assist in connecting the auto transport to the truck nor the cargo trailer to the other truck. The lady at this facility did not know what she was doing and it took over an hour to do the paperwork. This was the worst experience I have every had. Will never use them again. There was 3-4 cats just roaming around in the office and it was in complete disarray and the lady's phone would not work for me to sign electronically. HORRIBLE experience

William FThe pick up location was great. The drop off location in Hinton WV was horrible. The lady screamed at me and totally embarrassed me. I would never recommend that drop off place to anyone!!!
ROBERT CWe drove 30 minutes out of our way to drop the uhaul off at this location and they said they were not authorized to accept the uhaul. It’s absolutely unacceptable that we were able to select this option on uhaul’s site if we couldn’t drop the uhaul there. We called multiple uhaul numbers before we were able to change our drop off location and ended up an hour away from where we started.

Lloyd HWhen you rent local it should give you a certain amount of miles and once you go over that then you start paying for your mileage
Ada JThis was obviously a new location. It was over 60 miles from our preferred location. Spent over an hour waiting for them to fill out paperwork which was filled out incorrectly. Was told multiple things by different reps as far as what would be needed at pickup which was all wrong. They didn't even write out a contract for the trailer.
